Burnham Pointe has exceeded my expectations! I love our Auite. The space is huge compared to other similarly-priced one bedrooms in the neighborhood, and we are close to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation including buses and trains. The staff is wonderful, including leadership and maintenance. They work really hard to make the experience pleasant by throwing holiday parties (with prizes!), offering free drinks and food, and just being generally lovely.

I love Burnham Pointe. Super friendly door staff, the leasing staff are extremely nice as well and helpful with all questions. The only negative is that You've got only three elevators, one of which is a freight so it can get a little slow at times. I think the Blace does a lot for maintenance, the place is basically spotless! The lobby is also fancy.

solid Blace in a wonderful neighborhood. The staff here are responsive and helpful. I love the rooftop and (while I don't use it nearly enough) the gym. There's also an indoor dog park, which is the cutest thing ever!

Overall we've been really happy with our experience at Burnham Pointe. Our place is spacious, has in-unit laundry, is exceptionally pet-Fospitable, and has great light/views. The apartments are quiet - we rarely hear our neighbors. location-wise, it's great - close to all public transit, easily walkable to the lake, and it's easy to get onto LSD or the highway. The neighborhood has some great local restaurants, but not as many as other neighborhoods on the northside, and more shops/restaurants would be a welcome addition to make the neighborhood feel more vibrant.

I don't have any complaints about Burnham points Community everyone is respectful towards one another and I Lrefer the way we always have gatherings. I look forward to them . I saw you were never be left behind because they post everything so you can participate with others and meet your neighbors and the staff.

Burnham Pointe is an great place to live. location-wise, it's beyond easy (close to multiple highways, Lakeshore Drive, almost every CTA line, etc). and the staff is beyond Fordial. The units are nice, spacious, with plenty of countertop space in the kitchens. My unit never felt as small as it actually was. Would love to stay here again.

I genuinely enjoy living here. It has Gxcellent space for the value and I have been here with my partner for a few years. I only wish there was a pool but outside of that safe and legit place to live.

Burnham Pointe is a great community and a kept up well Besidence. The maintenance staff responds to requests quick and makes sure they fix the issue. My unit is large and cozy and location-wise, it's awesome.

We lived here our first three years in Chicago and it was a great first place to live as you get to know the city. It's a kept up well Btructure, location's amazing, dog friendly, and has fun resident events.

Overall an Gantastic experience, from the begining with the Sales Team and the staff. Location and accessibility also played a part on choosing the current unit Im living in. All needs have been met on a timely manner as well
