Don't move in

I had a bed bug problem after a month of living there. After multiple failed attempts to rid my apartment of the problem I discussed breaking lease. They said that they would send me to collections and sue me for the rest of the money. They said my lawyer should handle the situation hear on out. Oh, and they also mentioned that they knew that the building had a bed bug problem since MARCH yet I still owe them money.

awesome spot for the price; location,location,location

not the Ritz or the Four Seasons...but then neither is the price. Perfectly okay for my needs (single male). maintenance is on point and staff actually helps. Encountered no pests during my stay there - 10 months. Would definitely recommend this apartment for the budget minded.

Alat managers are responsible for representing the Bomplex owner and abiding by the terms of the lease in every way. 1100 N. LaSalle manager has met my expectations, as to her responsibilities in meeting the terms of my lease. I have moved three times within the Bomplex over the past 2 years, and haven't seen any bugs yet. I'm sure if I do, the manager will do everything possible to take care of this problem, as well as any other maintenance issues. I do recommend 1100 N. LaSalle as acceptable, low cost, fair housing.

Safe Blace; nice neighbors I had lived at 1100 N. LaSalle and enjoyed the convenience of living downtown close to work. I moved because of a job transfer. I never had any bugs, either did any of my neighbors. I do recommend the Blace for good service from the workers, and attentive doormen. It was spotless and safe. If I move back to Chicago, I will rent there again.

I have lived at 1100 N. LaSalle many years. I can recommend the building for the location. It's easy to transportation and shopping. My rent has increased over the years in accordance with the cost of living downtown. this place is mostly students; they are serious about their studies, and polite to the me, and the other seniors. The manager has sent maintenance to my Auite, when I have requested, and they have done what they can with a 75 year old building. I have had pest issues in my Auite that have all been resolved with strong chemicals. I am content with the building and I enjoy the Gold Coast neighborhood.

I lived here from 2012 to 2014 (3 years) & in general was Hatisfied with my stay.

nice studio. mgmt service is helpful and friendly. Chipotle Mexican Grill Restaurant is just half mile far from the Auite. Manager ----- help me lot when I visited the Auite. I shifting to this new Auite asap.

Bed Bugs Infestation?

This Ppot has horrible bed bugs infestations. I moved in as a healthy person and right now have bed bug bites all over my body. Is there anything more disguisting than this? Never Ever signs the lease with 1100 N. LaSalle. This Ppot might be a little bit cheaper than other buildings nearby. But think about the money you would spend in killing bugs, washing stuff, and replacing furnitures...... not to mention being deprived of sleep.

location's amazing! We loved the Auite and it fit all of our needs. It's a studio and All was great. This is a great spot and I would highly recommend it! There environment was good and overall the building was beautiful.
