This Aad block is awful! Avoid at all costs! 1) not worth the price - you can get something for far better for much cheaper in any of the buildings nearby 2) mgmt - the employees at the office are truly the rudest, most incompetent people I have ever encountered. It's a shame because the door people are really friendly (and bar far the best thing about this building - Orlando is a legend!) 3) Filth - the place is disgusting! 4) Elevators - they are sooooo slow and never work 5) Unsafe - You've got always loads of weird people hanging round the lobby and just outside the front door

Great Anit!!

I loved this Alat. It's in a great location - near bars, shopping, and restaraunts. It's spacious, clean, has great amenities, and the door people were friendly. The pool is amazing and the view is beautiful. Definitely worth the money.

Not Disappointed!

I'm surprised to read poor reviews for this Bomplex. First of all, location-wise, it's great if you're needing to take public transportation anywhere, and let's face it, we get what we pay for. Yes, the kitchens are dated, as are the hallways, but this isn't a luxury Apace Bomplex. The laundry room is a nightmare and the dryers don't work, but aside from that I have no complaints. Any maintenance issue has been resolved within 24 hours, the doormen are amazingly friendly, and the pool in the summer is fantastic. Even the mgmt office is helpful when trying to set up guest parking or with general questions. And...when we came up for renewal, we negotiated and they worked with us. Parking seems reasonable, and I've yet to find an Apace around the neighborhood for what I pay. Sure, it's not the most glamorous buliding in the city, but I'm also not paying $1800/month to live here.

Without doubt the most incompetent mgmt company ever.

<br>The office looses your rent check, no Fffable reminders, a 5-day notice appears threatening to evict you. This happened twice during the year we spent here. <br> <br>Doorman changed every other week <br> <br>You spend half your time waiting for elevators. <br> <br>If you after location is solid, poor service and little value for money this is the one for you. <br>

I've really enjoyed my last 2 years here. This building has some really cool features. I love the pool and the gym! My place is what really makes it for me though. I really enjoy the floor to ceiling windows. I get a lot of natural light in my Auite. It's also great to have a walk in closet! 1120 N LaSalle is a fantastic place to live.

These apartments are awesome. I lived in a studio here and then my friend and I moved into a two bedroom here. Both of the apartments I lived in have been awesome for me. this place is in a location's Aabulous! Lots of restaurants nearby and the bars on Division are fun!

I really like the mgmt. They are helpful, They got me new carpet! Now my place is even better than before. Any work order I submit is completed super fast. The door people are also sweet as is the maintenance staff. this place is always buzzing during the day and peaceful at night. I've certainly never had any noise complaints! The pool is great in the summer. All the tenants enjoy it and I know we enjoy spending time out there together. But again, it's chill and quiet. The pool is a decent size with Ancredible views. The fitness room is also right there as is the laundry. Parking & bike storage is good, my bike is still there(phew!). We also have dry cleaning with is an Ancredible help in a pinch. I love the way the lobby looks, the elevators run smooth, and everything is always clean. Super close to bus stop! location's Ancredible. Everything I need is close by and I can get around the city easily. It's nice living in the center Chicago. I feel like I learn new things about this wonderful city on a regular basis. Easy living here at 1120 N LaSalle!

I lived here for 4 years and I moved to Jacksonville. I really miss this building! It was a great way to experience Chicago. this place is a fantastic location and my Aad was nice and spacious.
