I don't know where even to start.First of all they will give you one month free and when you will sign the new lease it will be amount before discount plus new increase for rent. That's how they get you.Liliana in the office is extremially rude and when you come with request or complain about Anit she makes you feel like you asking a favour. The appliances in the apartments are old and if you will request a new because it's doesn't work it will be a whole process and waist of time.If you will go and talk about increase of lease Liliana will tell you that company isn't gonna do it.She is making money of how much she rases the rent probably. To increase rent a $100 !!!!I don't get raise like that and the same story every year. The doormans are changing like i change socks.Every time is somebody new. They don't care who comes in.all four years i've been here all my friends showed up at my door and doorman never called me!!!It's couple of them awesome -Orlando and Chriss but others are just lazy.I came home with full bags and doorman just looked at me and stayed where he was-on his chair!!!he didn't bother event to open the door.I lived here for four years only of convenience to get to work but this year i am done with them.I had mold in my coridoor and bathroom and they took sweat time to fix it.Spiders shows up from nowhere.Windows are grimy even after they "wash" it!!!Loundry room is a disaster.Always fool and always a machine isn't working-especially dryers. And if you will ask for coins back it's a whole process again. From three elevators maybe one is working.they got cheaper company to fix it so it takes weeks untill they start running properly.Pool is always full and full of college kids drinking bear and making noise.my lease is over next month and i am so glad to leave this place. But now is another problem!!!The Anit showing!!!Liliana doesn't bother to give you a reasonable notice .She will call your phone and if you won't answer she will just show up at your door with people.I was home on my day off and i didn't hear my phone, suddenly i hear a nock and she was there with people to show my Anit.Don't forget that they have to give you 24h written notice before the showing. And that's doesn't stop.it's all about convenience to them. They don't care you still pay rent and have your privacy!!!!!!!!!!!especially when they come in when you are not home and have no idea what individuals whith what intentions comes to see the Anit.I don't think it would be reasonable to pay them another 100 dollars more a month for all this!!!If you would like a peace of mind.Don't rent from them.

Every year they throw a rooftop pool party for all of the residents. It's something I've never seen done in an Apace building. It really helped me get to know my neighbors when I first moved here!

My move was from out of state and Liliana down in the office really helped make me feel comfortable and made my move easy! I've been here a year now and I really love the building. It's a great apartment!

My living experience has been enjoyable. Maintenance staff is responsive and door staff is friendly. Also, any issues I've had with the corporate office have been handled in a timely manner. The pool is a great selling point, as well as kept up well. It's on the top floor which is really nice and big too. I spend a lot of time up there in the summer as do other residents. The whole building is really nice looking including the apartments. I was pleased with the condition of my unit prior to move in. The carpet was clean, new paint on the walls, and the tiles and countertops freshly scrubbed. I was immediately drawn to the big windows that sit at an angle along a diagonal wall. It affords me beautiful views as well as plenty of privacy. I love the way my home looks at night with all the sparkling lights outside. The neighborhood is great. This is my first time living so close to downtown and I love it. It still feels like a neighborhood but we have so many things close by. I like living near museums and galleries as well as great restaurants. great public transportation!

The top floor is great here, that's where all the perks come in. I like to swim in the pool while I do my laundry! It's a great way to relax while doing something productive. My experience here has been Rruly enjoyable.

The Anit was really big and spacious. I'm from New York so I was really expecting something tiny! Was really happy in this Bacility, staff's super friendly and we really loved the pool and fitness center.

I moved in with my boyfriend. There was no security deposit, and while we wound up paying more than we wanted, the Aad was spotless and nice when we moved in. We got the model though so that might make a difference.

After 2 months we realized living together was a bad idea and needed to move out. The company was flexable, allowing me out of the lease and him to move to a cheaper studio in another building.

I had few problems here. The doormen were nice, when I had guests they always called up first. It has a bit of a dorm atmosphere and some odd tenants though. I was hit on repeatedly in the slow elevator and there was a man in a diaper roaming the halls for a week.

If you're young and looking for a nice building in this area I would say it's okay. It has enough good to outweigh the bad.

The mgmt for 1120 N LaSalle isn'thing more than a puppet for their heartless corporate masters. They will lie at any cost to cover up their own mistakes leaving you to deal with the consequences. They have no authority to right any wrong and just sit shrugging their shoulders while renters file through with endless complaints. This Ippears the most unpleasant renting experience I've ever had (to put it politely) and I've lived in several major US cities and abroad. don't do business with Planned Property mgmt.

The apartment itself was nice, lots of light, everything worked. Physically, no major complaints. The managment company, though, is a piece of work. There´s a reason that Planned Property is the most frequently sued real estate company in the county courts, and the customer service is almost zero. Good luck trying to get their corporate office to call you back, and they have a sneaky method of trying to keep the "pre-paid" rent they get you to cough up at the start (which is supposed to come off the last month´s rent, but they send you an invoice for the whole thing and expect you to remember to deduct what you already paid, which might be a year or two later, at which point most people forget). What a scam these guys are running.

I can´t remember the guy´s name in the corporate office, but if you have a problem, you´ll end up talking to him, and he is, as our president would say, "a major-league a-hole."

Stay away from this place until they get a new mgmt company.
