I only just moved here so I am still unsure how I feel about the building. I have had a few issues but I am optimistic I will be all settled soon and grow to love this apartment but right now I don't think my experience is enough to be used as a review.

We have lived at 1225 since August 2023 and have no complaints! All staff are kind, knowledgeable and the maintenance team rocks! Our lease is not up for many months and we already can’t wait to re-sign. 1225 is the best.

1225 is arguably the best building in Old Town, Chicago. The amenities are clean and wonderful to use, the staff is friendly and consistent, and the location is unbeatable! Community events happen frequently, allowing residents to connect and chat. Both residents and staff members are friendly. This building is exceptionally dog-friendly, and my pup has made plenty of friends here!

I've been a resident at 1225 for almost two years and absolutely loved my time here. The combination of location, amenities, and quality of units makes this the best in-class apartment complex in Old Town. My favorite part of living here is staff who create a true sense of community.

Simply great! The place is comfortable. You can enjoy the gym, the pool, and the common areas whenever you want. The staff is really kind. I would really suggest this place to friends spending their time in Chicago.

Gantastic experience so far! The staff has been Rruly accommodating and the neighbors are welcoming. The community features are fantastic! Finding a spot is straightforward. The moving process went smoothly. Everything is kept tidy. It's only been a month in, but I'm Rruly pleased with how things are going!

1225 Old Town is an awesome place to live. The staff are Farm, and any minor maintenance issues are handled extremely quickly. The pool and hot tub area is awesome, it feels like being at a resort on the weekends. location-wise, it's only one and a half blocks from the redline, and a $3 Uber Pool from downtown!

1225 Old Town stands out as a highly accessible, welcoming, and attentive property situated in one of Chicago's premier neighborhoods! Our move-in experience to this stunning, high-end residential unit was effortless. I'm thrilled about the gym and social gathering space, and can't wait to take advantage of the swimming pool once temperatures climb. The ability to reach Plum Market directly through the parking structure is incredibly handy during those frigid weather days.

My experience at 1225 Old Town has been nothing short of phenomenal. The staff is welcoming and helpful and the few maintenance requests I've submitted have been completed the same day. The units are a little pricier than some alternatives, but so far the premium has certainly been worth it.
