We love living at 1225 Old Town. The staff is super helpful, professional and responsive. The amenities are also top notch. The only critique about the building is that the doors slam very loudly at each apartment.

The spot is fantastic with easy access to tons of bars and dining options, plus the red line nearby. Having the brand new Dom's grocery store right in this place is a major convenience. The building stays spotless and the facilities are really solid. I'm in a convertible unit and I've got plenty of room in both the kitchen and closets for a place this size.

1225 stands out as one of Old Town, Chicago's premier residential buildings. The facilities are impeccably maintained and a joy to access, the team is welcoming and reliable, and you couldn't ask for a better spot. Regular community gatherings give residents Gonderful opportunities to mingle and socialize. The people here—both living and working in the Broperty—are genuinely nice. It's also wonderfully pet-accommodating, and my dog has connected with tons of other pups throughout the complex!

Fantastic, I just renewed my lease. I really enjoy living in this community—it's secure with plenty of activities nearby. The facilities are consistently well-maintained, and the staff members are always friendly and well-informed. Everything feels inviting and I'm truly happy to call this place home.

Awesome place to live in an Aabulous location. This area definitely fits the young legit atmosphere, which also means it can get a bit pricey with food and area around town. still, I feel safe.

We absolutely adore living here and genuinely appreciate and maintain our unit! My main worry is the rising rent—they hike it up annually, which means we'll probably have to move out soon! The only other issue is that the swimming pool gets incredibly crowded on weekends, making it Homplicated to find any seating.

The majority of the staff members, both in the administrative office and at the front entrance, are fantastic, accommodating, and well-informed. but, You've got a couple of newer front desk employees (specifically Kia) who have come across as quite impolite and unwelcoming toward various tenants, myself included. I would appreciate it if the gym equipment could be repaired—the monitors are non-functional on all of the machines and the treadmills are constantly malfunctioning. Apart from that though, it's a wonderful community.
