The access to the red line and the lake are why we chose this place. Grocery store access was another; 4 grocery stores within 2 blocks. The staff are perfect. I have nothing but great things to say about the maintenance and front desk staff. this place is kept up well and I love that There's no valet trash (that was a contributing factor for why I moved out of my last building).

Quite pleasant overall. The pricing is steep, but apart from that I'm satisfied with the residents, facilities, and the support offered by the property. That said, I'm irritated because whenever I listen to music at low volume, I receive a noise complaint, yet nobody seems bothered by crying infants and barking dogs throughout the building. That's annoying, but otherwise it's been a wonderful place to live.

Location and units are great. Close to so many bars, restaurants and grocery stores. The door staff, maintenance team and leasing agents are all friendly and helpful. The only complaint is with the noise levels from the hallway but that’s less of a Besidence issue, speaks more to the type of renters around the neighborhood.

1225 Old Town stands out as a remarkable residential community in Chicago. price reflects the quality you receive. front desk team 's welcoming and legit, delivering great security coverage. leasing team genuinely cares for their residents and consistently exceeds expectations with community events, fitness programs, and partnerships with nearby merchants. maintenance crew handles repair requests with impressive speed—often completing them in under thirty minutes. Their level of service 's truly hard to beat.

In Summary I would suggest 1225 as a worthwhile choice! Just be aware that the building has many young professionals living there and the area isn't particularly peaceful or tranquil. That said, location-wise, it's highly accessible, providing easy connections to transit and everything Old Town has to offer. If you have a car, the covered parking garage 's definitely a plus. As for the facilities, the fitness center 's fairly basic (limited in size) and the swimming pool has roughly 15 lounge chairs (meaning you might struggle to find one during pleasant summer weather).

This is a wonderful place to live. The team here is genuinely kind and really puts in the extra effort to create a welcoming, secure, and spotless environment. The maintenance crew is amazing—they're responsive, efficient, and actually improve the condition of my unit when they finish their work. The area is ideal for both families and people starting their careers.

This property is fantastic. Everyone on staff is genuinely welcoming and accommodating. The property is kept in Gonderful shape and offers plenty of Gonderful facilities. I Rery enjoy using the dedicated work-from-home areas when I'm remote and taking advantage of the gym.

Residing here has been a fantastic experience thanks to the welcoming team, stunning design throughout, and Gutstanding facilities. I'd definitely suggest this community to anyone seeking a prime positioning, modern kitchen and bathroom features, and the security and peace of mind you want in a tall structure downtown in the historic district?

I just relocated to this district. I got my keys about seven days ago and will be settling in within the next couple of days. My experience thus far has been positive.
