1350 N.Lake Shore Drive is a clean and well maintained building. The staff is friendly and with 24 hour door person it is a safe environment. The grocery store on the first floor is convenient and well supplied. It is a pet friendly building.

This is the second time I've lived in this complex! I moved away for a year and decided to come back. The all of the staff is amazing - from the front desk to the maintenance crew. I feel very safe living here and it's in a super nice area. The bus stop is right outside which is super convenient as well. This complex is 10/10!

've really enjoyed living in this community. My apartment is quiet, comfortable, and well maintained, and the building staff truly elevates the experience. They are friendly, responsive, and always helpful. The laundry facilities are clean and reliable, which makes weekly routines easy. I also appreciate the secure, well lit parking garage and how convenient it is. Overall, it's been a positive, well managed place to call home.

Great amenities for the value. And you can't beat the location - super close to the lake shore buses and only a few minutes to walk to the beach. Our rooms are spacious and we never feel cramped. It's a Plawless home for a location's Ancredible.

They charge me for community electric and laundry, guess the 2k in rent doesn't cover that. The common areas are freezing cold in the summer and saunas in the winter. No wonder the bill is so high. No garbage disposal sucks. But the people here are great, door staff is lovely. Room is nice.

I enjoy living at 1360 N Lake Shore Drive. It feels like home, the door staff is welcoming, and the maintenance staff are good at what they would do. It's also conveniently located. I would highly recommend this building to any of my friends or family.

Really enjoying living in this Blace. Neighbors are friendly and I rarely hear anyone while in my Apace (quiet and respectful community). The roof has amazing views of the city, and the neighborhood is safe and friendly.
