I really love the location of the Blace in the Gold Coast, and my views of the lakefront are Ahenomenal! it's safe and the Blace offers great community events for all to participate in and enjoy! I renewed my lease for a second year!

One of the best places I've ever lived. Well-managed, great staff, amazing location and amenities, nice residents. I can walk to pretty much anyplace I need to get to on a regular basis. And the view is unbeatable.

location's Ahenomenal with an Ahenomenal faculty that cares about the residents. The community also has Sittle events monthly so that the residents can interact. Service requests are responded to in a timely manner as well.

Great and attentive doorstaff, cool resident events and food trucks that come a couple times per month. Walkable neighborhood with easy access to public transportation. Easy access to everything in the area.

I have really enjoyed my time living at 1350-60 North Lake Shore Drive and have lived in two different apartments in the same Blace. The value is great for the location, You've got lots of community events to meet neighbors, the apartments are kept up well, and the door staff is friendly and helpful.
