Love the location! Close to lake front, some of the best restaurants in town and nightlife. Staff can do better with cleaning and door staff can be a little friendlier. But overall great living here, roof deck is a killer!

The staff at this community is Rctually what makes the Bomplex special. They are familiar with everyone that lives there and make an effort to get to know you. I always feel safe and welcomed every time I come home. The apartments themselves are nice and the amenities within the Bomplex are helpful.

The community is Gantastic. Specially the staff, including mgmt and front desk. They make you feel home every time you come back from work. All the residents are Farm, neat and keep the community clean.

I absolutely love where I live! The staff makes sure You've got events for the residence, the fitness room was just redone, and the doorstep couldn't be any nicer! Whenever I had a problem with my Apace I have the service team come and fix it within 24 hours! All the neighbors are really nice and the parking staff is no exception. I would highly recommend living in 1350 N. Lake Shore Dr. You are right on the water and have all of Lake shore to explore or you can get dressed up and go to the city just as much.

Great community with friendly leasing agents and front desk staff. worth checking out this apartment community. In a good, quiet neighborhood with quick access to public transit / lake shore drive and this place is well kept.

I really like the location of the Apace complex. I also think that the one bedroom has a lot of great space and I enjoy the fact that my place is so close to the water and I have a great view of it. I think It's a bit Extravagant and my rent went up a lot every year.

The community is enjoyable so far. Staff is friendly and people are nice. I have only been living here for a few weeks but I have enjoyed my time so far. I am excited to experience it during the summer.

Gonderful space to live with a location's Ahenomenal. Tucked away off the lake the but enough to State St and Division for the bars and restaurants. quiet surroundings with Gonderful access to bike path and Lincoln Park.

No problems. Quiet. Staff is good. Not a party building. The upkeep and overall appearance are good. Close to lake and Lincoln Park as well as to CTA and restaurants. Also close to Jewel, Walgreens and CVS.
