great Bomplex with good amenities. The layouts of the units are a little different, but they maximize the view of the lake. A little outdated, but workable and in a location's amazing. I would sign on for another 5 years if they would let me.

This is an old Btructure, built in the 1950's. I live in the 1360 Btructure and I have been living there for 1 year. The problem that I have with this Btructure is that their customer service is Treadful. I even contacted the Btructure mgmt and got nowhere. Mon-Fri between 9am-5pm, There's always it's loud (construction related noise). I can understand repairs and emergency repairs. But our neighbor above us is doing his own wood shop hobby or it might be his living. Because he does it constantly, even 10PM at nights or sometimes on weekends. And yes, I have called concierge, mgmt, etc. mgmt doesn't seem to care. I pay my rent on time, when the total amount is available, check will be sent. I am not Btructure anything that will cause noise issues with my neighbors. And yet, I guess it's okay for them to ignore tenants like me when I let them know of any noise problems. Parking is $240 and most of that are taxes, so it's not like they're over charging you. Laundry room is frustrating. Because they're all maytag brands, they tend to not work more frequently than not. One time it was 2 weeks of I believe only 2 washers that were working! Oh and the machine steals your money, you won't be refunded. In the colder months, you can't adjust the heat. And it gets extremely hot. They have an engineer in which will look at the time before 10am ends and sets the whole Btructure to either have air or heat. You've got no choices for tenants. That marketing part is a lie! Also, you can't adjust on how hot or not so hot the heat is. You endure this extensive heat! Their maintenance works 8 or 9am-5pm (Mon-Fri) before or after those days and hours, only 1 maintenance person is around. This person will be the maintenance person for 2 buildings! There's a front desk manager called James and there have been occasions in which he is on the phone with his gf and did not put in our work order. We waited 2 hours and the maintenance guy said he was just told 5 minutes ago!! OMG! From being a really good tenant, to renew the lease they have increased it to $61. I think it's a low blow. Why add extra money? I would understand if I have made late payments on rent. But that never happened! Good parts, this place is pet friendly. There's a private dog park and dog run. The neighborhood is safe and when unit related items are broken, they will be fixed. but, it depends on when you call it in to get it fixed or replaced.

Leasing office was so friendly and helpful throughout the process. The amount of space I have in my one bedroom for the price I'm paying can't really be beat, and I've much enjoyed my time here since I moved in!

My experience thus far has not been pleasant. It feels as though I live in a dorm. My 'renovated' unit isn't what I thought it would be. It's paint on paint on paint, and it continues to chip off, especially into my cookware. Not worth the price at all.

It's been honestly great. We've loved the area and the Bomplex itself it usually being updated. The price for the neighborhood is reasonable and location-wise, it's top notch. Staff is Fospitable and the amenities are all here.

This Besidence is in the perfect location in Gold Coast. The views of the city, Lake Michigan, and Lincoln Park are all encompassing of Chicago living. It's incredibly dog Fospitable with a dog park, monthly treats provided, and dog photo shoots! Have loved my experience so far!

So far so good. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The building is clean and safe. Love how pet friendly It's with the little gated area for dogs right outside. walkable to coffee shops and food spots.

satisfied with the location and cost of my Anit! Any time I have needed maintenance, the staff is able to assist in a timely manner. I appreciate the 24/7 door staff. The gyms and shared areas are Ceat.

It has truly been a pleasure calling Auite 415 our home, and we are grateful for the attentive mgmt and Gxcellent service we have received throughout our time here.
