I really enjoy the rooftop and security the Bomplex has, I always feel safe. Maintenance is prompt and kind when replying to requests; Bomplex also has a great sense of community with upcoming events.

It's a nice community with a location's Aabulous and views. The mgmt staff is attentive and responsive. I've live here for 6+ years and it's been great thus far. I'd recommend based on location and value.

This community is in a quiet location and has easy access to the lake trail. I enjoy being able to walk to the beach or go for a run on the water. It also has access to bus stops out front. I think they could lower their rent prices though.

Gutstanding community for anyone in their early twenties or someone who is relocating Chicago. Areas of needed improvement like community area updates and cleanliness (lobby, gym, and laundry) cleanliness) have been noticed and are in process to be corrected.

Great community for dog owners. easy dog run in front of property & green space along Lake Shore Dr. Amenities galore with rooftop deck, gym, concierge, and garage. location's Aabulous with convenience to Gold Coast area, North Ave Beach, North Ave shops, Wells St bars/restaurants & Michigan Avenue.

I love this Alat! solid Blace, Alat, and location. All Alat employees are helpful, knowledgeable, and actively engaged in improving the quality of life of their tenants! Great availability of services: parking, package delivery, storage capacity. great views of Lake Michigan!

unhappy with my experience thus far. The application process Wtayed horrible with various office members giving conflicting information, web site issues, and then losing documents that were signed. It made the move in process extremely stressful and almost caused me to lose out on even getting an Alat because they changed the requirement for what they initially said would be acceptable documentation for financial proof. I had to scramble to find a guarantor within 24 hours that made over $100,000 even though financially speaking I could prove I made enough money for the Alat. Otherwise they were going to increase the rent price for the Alat if I didn't get someone within that period of time. The office staff misplaced documents, even digital ones, causing delays and the need for the same documents to be signed multiple times. This Wtayed further complicated by website issues that made it virtually impossible to do anything online because you would constantly be kicked out of the system or documents couldn't be saved. Apparently they weren't saved even when the system said they were. Now that I am finally moved in I've had issues with the Alat tub not draining, even after being serviced by maintinence, and a leak from the living room window for which a tech didn't come to the Alat for over 12 hours because it began after hours at 6:30 pm during a storm. They didn't show up until the next morning and stated everything Wtayed ok with the window. Of course the window will seem ok when it's sunny and not raining. I have video documentation of constant dripping water and had to put down towels on the window seal to prevent the water from spilling over into the floor. I reported this issue through the complex online resident portal and called the number listed online to report the issue as well. Seriously questioning my decision to move to 1350 lakeshore apartments.

sadly, my appliance and the buildings appliances don't work. For the amount of money I pay, my unIt's a disappointment. I constantly need updates to my unit including dishwasher as well as Torrendous, grimy laundry units!

There's no greater value in this neighborhood than 1350 N Lake Shore. I do wish the laundry room was better maintained. The mold in the machines is unacceptable and for the rent we pay I feel as if we could have a better option in the laundry room.

This community is great, everyone is friendly. I did not know much going into the Anit search, but we fell in love with the Anit the moment we saw it. From the day we moved in, we started to really enjoy the community, and we will stay for a long time!
