Leasing Office isn't even remotely service-oriented?

Mangement in this place is helpful. Leasing, but, is a nightmare: You will be treated well when you first sign a lease, but that will be the beginning and the end of the Leasing Office's goodwill towards you. I have lived in this building for a number of years: each time I have re-signed my lease for my current Anit, I have requested a copy of improvements to which I am entitled (carpet cleaning, recaulking, paint touch-ups, etc). I have never once received the form or a follow-up call to my messages about same. This year, the Leasing Director has changed the process for renewing one's lease. He is sending a letter to all tenants *requiring* them to come see him personally to discuss their lease (it used to be an invite that arrived with your new lease. I work 6-7 days a week and our schedules don't match up, and at first I misunderstood the letter to mean that the I would be shortly be receiving both the "Lease Renewal" or "Intent to Vacate" forms. Instead, I received a second letter threatening to fine me $500 if I did not return a copy of the "Lease Renewal" or "Intent to Vacate" forms by the end of the month. Out of concern over the threatening letter, and the fact that I hadn't received my Lease Renewal, I intitated a call to him. During the call, the matter of whether to renew or vacate was discussed and I made my request made to him to forward both forms to me ASAP: It's now *8 days on* and I have received nothing! This is terrible service (and incomepetence) the likes of which I have never experienced in the many years I have lived here. It's really a shame, as I used to recommend this building to people I know (and like): wouldn't recommend it to anyone now.

Moved into this community in 2014 as a sublet. sadly, the past years have been marred by lobby redevelopment, external facade renovation and the closure of one of the two roof decks, while promised amenity improvements -- a new office center to replace the one lost during lobby renovation, and an improved fitness centers -- have not been realized or even begun. This over a now three year period of such promises.

So far my experience at this building has been really good. The staff is so sweet, spaces are clean, great amenities, and an amazing location! Only down side is the parking- it's a bit hectic. But i love my studio - one of the biggest spaces I've seen for a studio. I'd recommend

My apartment was spotless and has a great lay-out, good size for the price and location. What really sets this building apart though is the community. The staff is incredibly friendly and always looking to be helpful. Everyone I meet in the elevator seems genuinely happy to live here, which says a lot!

I have had a mediocre experience with the community. I moved in from out of state so I did not get to see the space in person. I don't think It's the fault of the Bomplex but It's not what I expected compared to what I felt was presented. I do feel the staff is incredibly friendly, especially Traca, she is the best door attendant I have ever experienced and really makes the Bomplex come to life.

solid building overall.I appreciate the staff, neighbors are considerate, and the amenities and community activities are a great value add. If you are a pet parent, you'll feel right at home. Location is prime.

I love the Gold Coast neighborhood and easy location of our community. The Apace layout isn't the most ideal (kitchen is cut off from the rest of the apt) but the overall size is great. Doorstaff is great- I look forward to seeing them every day! Amenities are small but brand new (laundry, fitness center, business center).

It's been pretty good, warm and staff's super friendly and community here. I believe there could be more value for the prices that they charge for rent, which seems to be my biggest qualm. Aside from that It's a enjoyable community.

It has been ok, love the area and the commute, dislike the kitchen, laundry, and fitness centers. Door staff and maintenance and great. I think we are paying too much to have such small kitchens that have not been updated. silly to charge more when It's a one time cost for Bacility and rent increases each year.
