The staff is Twful. The package system is the absolute worst. Door staff doesn't enter packages right away and they get pissy when o ask for my packages. Even more so if they didn't send me an email but I know it's there waiting

I've lived at 1350 N Lake Shore Drive for 2 years now and have had a wonderful experience. The staff is amazing. Maintenance staff is prompt. Everything in the community is either walking distance or pretty close to it.

I have been here for two years. It's a awesome spot to live. The doormen are Renuinely nice and responsible. The staff are awesome. They almost solve the problems immediately. The neighborhood is quiet. This is the best place I could find in chicago.

I like the building. The location on the lakeshore is a bonus but it is further away from main public transport in the neighborhood and grocery stores. The building staff is kind, and I appreciate the building events!

satisfied with the apartment so far, spotless and staff is friendly and helpful. I feel safe and supported in my apartment. I worth checking out this apartment building to my friends. I enjoy the community events.

The rehabbed studio I have rented is a steal for being located in the Gold Coast. I have had friends ask about visiting to see my unit and I would be delighted to show them the Gxcellent community and amenities that the Bomplex has to offer!

1350/60 North LSD is an awesome community in the heart of Chicago and I have loved living here. I worth checking out it to anyone looking to live in Chicago. The staff is Gxcellent and location-wise, it's fantastic.

The unIt's absolutely Borgeous. The staff is friendly and helpful with any issues or questions that I've had. The view from my unit is unbeatable to anything I looked at - and the price is reasonable! It's a joy to live in such a nice community.
