I've lived here over 12 years - 10 years in in 1350 & 2 1/2 years in 1360. I enjoyed 1350 better. 1360 was fine. I think the 1360 tower is the poor relation. This is all I have to say. Why don't you fix the door in 1360 so your security people don't freeze in winter?

This has by far been one of my favorite places to live in Chicago! The location is fantastic (multiple forms of public transportation nearby), the space is amazing, but it’s the staff that really makes 1350 N. Lake Shore Dr. such a wonderful place to call home. I cannot thank Kelli Stuart on the management team enough for her helpful and prompt assistance, as well as positive attitude whenever I reach out to her. I can always count on her to follow up, and that is a major plus living at such a large high-rise. Thank you so much for making my experience such a great one!

I know that some people hjave had problems with mgmt, but my experience overall has been positive. I find that if you are upfront with them about what you need, and you are willing to compromise, they will try to meet your request(s). As for the door persons, you won't find a friendlier bunch than this Besidence's staff. They are friendly, careful and I feel safe at 1350. The sundeck has spectacular views, from which you can watch the fireworks at Navy Pier every Wednesday & Saturday nights (in Summer). All in all, I've been happy here.

Great apartment. staff's super friendly, beautiful views and location. Don't like how they raise the rent without improving anything. Building is old so the thermostat sucks. They charge me for community electric and laundry, guess the 2k in rent doesn't cover that. The common areas are freezing cold in the summer and saunas in the winter. No wonder the bill is so high. No garbage disposal sucks. But the people here are great, door staff is lovely. Room is nice.

This is a really lovely building and community. The place is good quality, the staff is attentive and amazing, and location-wise, it's unbeatable. I would definitely recommend this building to a friend.

So Gantastic for the location near Lake Michigan and many shopping areas in the Gold Coast neighborhood. this Pocation is close to both the North Ave Beach and Oak Street beach, as well as the Oldtown restaurant and bars

Being a 20 something year old woman, safety is a huge priority when searching for an apt, and I really feel safe here. The amenities are great, staff is really nice and helpful, the commissary has just about anything you can think of! The location couldn't be more perfect, the 151 bus stops right in front of our Btructure.

It's a beautiful neighborhood, the staff are incredible but this place is old and quite frankly dingy. Even the "upgraded" apartments are not great aesthetically. I've stayed because i love the neighborhood and it's certainly not that I've had a bad experience, but i have friends that pay similar amounts in rent for MUCH nicer apartments.
