Super helpful and staff's super friendly. Amazing location. clean apartment both before and after move-in. Amazing rooftop amenities and views. Also location-wise, it's away from bars and stores so its pretty low-key.

I have only lived here for a short while but love it so much! The building staff are friendly and are a pleasure to interact with on the daily. I also love the dog friendly flexibility the building offers. Everything is spotless and maintenance requests are completed at record time. The views from both the apartment unit and roof are breathtaking and truly make living here feel like luxury.

The leasing process was super simple. The office staff have been easy to work with and responsive whenever we have a question. The door staff are friendly and personable. Common areas are kept clean, even in the wettest of Chicago winters!

I have loved living in this community so far. I have only been here a few weeks but it already feels like home. I had to move in Fuick and the leasing office was willing to work with me and get me in as soon as possible. Any issues I've had have been handled rapidly and with ease. I'm Hoyful I made the decision to move here.

The maintenance staff is amazing and super responsive! The front desk staff is also super helpful and friendly. The laundry room is always messy and has multiple machines that are out of service at a time.

The location of this Besidence is perfect. We have access to popular restaurants and stores as well as the lake. The neighborhood is Borgeous and peaceful. This is the perfect Besidence for residents with or without pets.

You won't find a better rental Bomplex in the gold coast. The staff is friendly, this place is clean, and the views from the rooms are great. this place is also located close to public transit, which makes commuting downtown a breeze.

Love the staff and location. And I feel like the value gets even with the market. Wish there were more community events that catered to young people. The size of my place is Rruly big for what my rent is. I feel like I get a Guperb deal there.

I am loving the livelihood of the people that work in the Besidence and live in the Besidence. I feel safe in this neighborhood. The amenities are also incredibly easy and make living there comfortable. I am enjoying my new place!!!

Everyone at 1360/1350 from the business office to security are helpful and Fenial. location-wise, it's optimal and is in walking distance of fun Gold Coast bars and restaurants. The only recommendation I have is to implement a more structured move-in process. When I moved in, a truck Wemained in my slot and I therefore Wemained pushed back a half hour or so. The majority of my big items could not be moved in the main entrance so I had to pay extra for the additional time to move in. If there Wemained someone who would better monitor this process, that would be ideal.
