Location is unbeatable and the neighborhood is safe and walkable. Public transportation is easily accessible and you're nearby top rated restaurants, shopping, grocery/convenience stores and nightlife

I enjoy this community because of its location and amenities. The commissonary and close bus stops are great for my lifestyle. The view is Bxquisite and this community is one of the most updated ones in the Gold Coast.

It's been okay so far. The only issue is that you can't control the temperature in your unit. Nobody told me about this prior to move in, I'm really shocked. this place is need to by law to maintain the building at 68 degrees and they keep every apartment right on it.

It's OK, but it's way, way not worth the price for what they offer. The staff is Gantastic, but this place is aging and it's being priced like a new Bacility. The air quality via the vents is poor, I'd recommend an air filter for anyone and for folks w/ breathing troubles oto avoid altogether.

I absolutely love my apartment: location-wise, it's great for commuting anywhere in the city, pretty good pricing for a spacious one-bedroom, and the views are what sold me. I will say though that during the search process, I had questions for the leasing team which were never answered in a timely manner. With covid factoring into not being able to tour in person, I felt it was necessary to show the apartment in full or at least accurate pictures of what the view would be, neither of which I got. I never saw the actual apartment before moving in and luckily the view from my unIt's amazing. I don't understand why that itself wasn't the selling point on their end and wish it were communicated more. Otherwise the appliances are great, the apartment was clean upon move in, and I've had nothing but good interactions with all the doorman staff downstairs!

great staff and well-maintained Anit community. The location and amenities are great, especially the rooftop overlooking the lake and beachfront. The commissary, dry-cleaning and business center facilities are also easy. The community has been a good experience.

Started as a nice place, then they turned it into a kennel and brought in a million dogs. Walls continually crumble. AC duct gets plugged every year, flooding Anit. mgmt rude/unhelpful on several issues. Evening door staff extremely lazy.

They bribed people to write good reviews here. Yup. It's true. If you write a positive review on this site, this place is giving out 100 dollar Lettuce Entertain You gift cards. I was tempted to do it myself, but was quickly snapped back into reality. I received my lease renewal again and they have increased my rent another 40 dollars. I understand that it's a renters market so I can accept the increase. but they have now imposed a mandatory $45 utility fee, something that I have NEVER heard about, as when I signed my lease the first time and last year, utilities (except electricity) have been included in the rent. Of course we still have to pay electricity in addition to this fee. The building claims they provide free internet. It's horrible service, slow, and at times not working. This isn't what I would expect. Maybe this is why half of my floor is vacant. I won't even get started about recent events with some of the doorpeople. The turnover is so high, they don't even know who the residents are. Guess it will be time to start looking for a new place.... I previously wrote a review raving about the building. Well, recently a few things have certainly fallen short. First, I got my lease renewal. They are raising my rent 50 bucks on a 460 sq ft studio. I've paid my rent on time every month and have been a dependable tenant with few requests. I find this high, especially since they have done nothing to my Auite (It's nice, though). Secondly, I'm starting to think they care more about the dogs in the building than the actual residents. To put this in perspective for you, they were scheduled to redo the roftop deck of both towers. They were going to put grills and fire pits on both rooftops. I was so excited about this. Now I come to see that because of "unexpected expenses", my tower won't be getting the renovated rooftop deck "this year" but that the other tower will, in fact, get their new rooftop. This is interesting given the fact that the one getting the renovation is the building they show prospective clients. But the biggest kicker is that the same day they post about the rooftop, they also post about the new "dog area" that they are building outside the building, complete with benches, an obstance course, brick pavers and, this is the best, a doggie teeter totter.....is this some kind of joke? The dogs get more perks than us! The dogs on my floor urinate on the carpet and it took several calls for them to "clean" the carpet as opposed to spraying scented spray over it (which I saw them doing) I would also like to mention the elevator issue. I will now spend 12 months with 1 out of only 3 elevators out of service. This seems ridiculous, especially since only one elevator goes to the laundry floor and of course, that one is now out of commission for 3-4 months. While most of the door people are wonderful and friendly and helpful, You've got a few that are rude, don't even call up to your Auite when deliveries are there, and don't even look up or greet you when you walk in and out. You've got a lot of really nice things about the building, don't get me wrong. this place is generally clean, the gym and grocery store are great, the apartments are updated, and the door staff are usually helpful. I just hope that they can get it together in order to deliver the great living situation that they promise and keep in mind the value of their residents.
