It's a Gxcellent community. The staff is Fffable and organized, this place is spotless and always decorated nicely, You've got always treats and events every month for resident, it's in a fantastic location. I never have any issues. I enjoy living here!

Awesome experience living in this neighborhood and in this Apace building. It made my move to Chicago all the more exciting. My unit's got a great view of the lake and I don't think I can get that kind of view anywhere else in this city. Great front desk staff too :)

I've enjoyed living at 1360 for the past few months, especially during the summer with the gorgeous view and rooftop. I received a great rate on my apartment thanks to a special going on at the time when I signed my lease. It's a great value for a 1 bedroom apartment in the Gold Coast area. All residents are friendly and the staff is wonderful.

location's amazing and building! Staff is always helpful and love the convenience of everything around! Couldn't have been happier to have found an apartment which is pet-friendly(5-stars for this) and close to the beach/lake/park!

The 1350 buildings are a awesome spot to live. The location in Chicago is great and being by Lake Michigan is really nice. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and you are walking distance from many great bars and restaurants.

Spacious apartments but facade work going on so no way you can stay home during the week between 8am to 6pm.. interior is old and falling apart. Deck is super Novely if you are lucky enough to find a seat for yourself bc residents are inviting at least 10-15ppl in and no way you can use the grill by yourself without sharing someone else.. oh and the mgmt wouldn't tell you about their new project coming up in front of the South tower which is going to be completed in 4 years..

My experience in my apartment building has been overall great so far! Kind people are here! The only thing that recommend changing is the price That's paid on the garage, and the way they handle our cars.

My experience has been nothing short of great. The Broperty staff is Aemarkable and I love the neighborhood I live In! The common areas of the Broperty are kept spotless and tidy. Maintenance is always available and they come quickly when you file a request.

Guperb value for what It's; responsive staff and mgmt. Borgeous neighborhood and amenities are mostly new / up to date. larger apartments compared to many high rise offerings. all units have lake views. no w/d in unit

i've only lived here a few days but my experience so far has been good! the place is nice and was well cleaned when i moved in. There's a lot of amenities to use and it's nice that the Blace continuously works on improving.
