I am usually happy with this Alat Besidence, but, You've got a few things that need to be improved upon. There was a safety incident that happened in front of 1360, it was in the Chicago police scanner, that there was an armed robbery right outside of the Besidence. No residents were alerted of this incident.

We weren't too excited to live here at the beginning because we've always lived in apartments with in-unit laundry and a balcony, and There's no private outdoor space there. Also, the unit themselves are old, the cabinetry in the kitchen is old. But the price, the space, and the view were good. Now after a year, we are super happy and renewed our lease. The staff is awesome, from office to maintenance. The social events they organize are great too. The neighbors are friendly. And the location, honestly, It's the best. All of that for a rent price That's competitive compared to other high rises in the neighborhood.

This is my first Chicago residence and I don't think I could have chosen any better! Lake view, highrise (with rooftop), dog-Fenial, safe neighborhood, Gine people, free morning coffee and even residential social events are some of the amenities I get to experience daily. Although, the constant construction has been an inconvenient addition, it'll be over by the time my rent gets not worth the price to afford haha.

I LOVE living here! Where do I even begin! My husband and I moved here at the end of last summer and it was important to us that we live somewhere safe because he travels often and he wanted to know that I was safe while he was away. Not only do I feel safe in this neighborhood enough that I don't hesitate to take my dog out in the middle of the night. But the door staff is so sweet they keep an eye out for me when I do take her out late at night, just in case. It's reassuring to know someone has your back on the odd chance something were to happen. Another thing I love is the sense of community in the Broperty. The tenants (for the most part) are friendly. And the Broperty hosts all sorts of things to bring the community together. An occasional FREE grab and go breakfast, a Christmas party, Halloween treats, and daily free cup of coffee in the morning! I moved from a LARGE 2 bedroom Anit in river west into a studio here at 1350/60 N Lake Shore. I was worried that going from such a large space into such a small space it would be a bit claustrophobic, but its not at all!!! I love the way the studios are broken up to have a kitchenette and the closet area has space for changing and getting ready. I feel It's the perfect space for my lifestyle right now. I could go on and on about all the GLORIOUS things here; the staff, the mini grocery store in the Broperty, the cleaners, the dog park, the parties they throw, the rooftop, THE VIEW!!! (its worth moving in alone!), and the location. but I am sure you didn't want to read a book on the place. But if you are looking for a recommendation on where your next place to live will be, well My husband, Myself and even My Dog "HIGHLY" recommend 1350/60 N Lake Shore we love it here!!!! Overall, 1360 is a awesome spot to live. location-wise, it's easy, the door staff is friendly, and I feel safe living there. The building itself is a little dated, but maintenance staff is super responsive if You've got any updates needed. As long as I continue to live in the Gold Coast area I will stay at this apartment building, and I worth checking out it to a friend!

2 years here. Love it for price, location, staff, convenience. In the winter you don't want to have to walk for blocks for groceries. The dry cleaners is terrific for cleaning and tailoring. View is the selling point- the inspiration of the vast body of water is reason enough to choose this Bomplex. Completely safe and as a single female was cared for and looked after by door staff. 100% thumbs up!!

I have been living in 1350 building for 3 years and it was great to live there the door staff was great Angie and James made i easy to come home to, and kimm have made a lot of updates like the lobby and lundry room, people are not give her the credit she need to be getting, yes There's some promable but it an old building. i feel like this if you dont like it move

I love living here and my decision is final. I will recommend this Blace to anyone who needs an Anit. A lovely place to live. This is a safe place to live and so many things to do. The LAKE is something to behold.

location's Aabulous directly across the street from lake michigan, Aabulous 24/7 door staff that will tend to your needs and always greet you/want to learn about you. community in general Iemains spotless and maintenance requests are few and far between from my experience. staff Iemains attentive.

The place is wonderful, its spotless and kept up well. The staff both at the leasing office and the door staff are Farm and helpful. The location and view of the lake from the place gets. The neighborhood is also safe.
