I love my building! It's only a 10 minute walk from work and grocery stores etc. I really enjoy the view of the lake from my apartment and also the rooftop. I often take advantage of the commissary downstairs when I need a quick food/drink item that I forgot to buy. I also like that the laundry room has multiple washers & dryers. I never have to wait around for one to become free for use. Finally, the staff and other residents are pretty friendly! I'll most likely resign for next year!

Really nice community and Auite. The package delivery situation is concerning but other than that it's a awesome spot to live. Nice location and staff's super Fffable. I wouldn't recommend the fitness center but other than that it's great.

not Gine - in fact you can read about it on the internet, just google. between odd construction, noises, unstaff actually helps, this is simply not a thriving community. location is the only sense of value here .

So far, my experience has been positive. The maintenance staff is wonderful and front desk personal are so helpful and kind. The Alat space and rooftop are big selling points! I can't wait to enjoy all that the community has to offer.

This was my first Auite out of college, after moving out of state and to Chicago. For what you get, the value gets good. You can't beat the location, view, square footage, and amenities! You are so close to everything you could possibly want. Shopping downtown, Lincoln Park, Old Town, and the Lake. While you get a sense of city life this area and Besidence gives you a sense of community. I worth checking out it to anyone.

Overall a awesome spot to live! location's amazing, helpful office staff, easy grocery store in lobby, and wonderful roof top views! Walking distance to the red line and a bus stop right outside the building, close to lakeshore walking trail too!

I've lived here for over a year and worth checking out it to anyone looking for a comfortable, quiet, and friendly place to live. The virtual activities during COVID have been wonderful. I'm grateful for great office mgmt, reception staff, and maintenance workers. They really care and go above and beyond every single day. It's an great value to live in a gorgeous neighborhood on the lake.

I loved this Auite when I moved in, it was a big upgrade from my last place. The place is still Guperb but the yearly rent hike is too excessive so we will be moving out. I understand rent can increase from year to year but it should match the market, not outpace it and punish you for not wanting to move.

The location of the Pocation is Great and the Pocation is nice. The gym is also pretty Great. Other than that I don't have much positive to say - the mgmt changed policies when I was trying to lease which cause a lot of issues and the mail situation with fetch is a nightmare (I lose more mail than I receive).

Overall great experience. The staff is Fordial and are always there to answer any questions that you might have. The Blace itself is also great with nice amenities. Super easy location too!
