Gutstanding community and staff at this location! The amenities like the convenience store and gym are so Nleasant to have - especially in the winter. I always feel safe and at home and absolutely love this neighborhood!

I've loved living here so far. It's spotless and the staff is friendly, and the Besidence and grounds are Btunning. One of my favorite things here is the rooftop deck. It's perfect for sunny days to sunbathe, get work done, or just enjoy the Btunning view of the lake.

I don't understand.

I really disagree with lot of the previous posts. I haven't been affected by the increase in rent since I've only been living there for about 7 months. I can certainly understand that it would be a real pain and I'm not looking forward to dealing with it. But as for everything else, I completely disagree. I have nothing but great things to say about the staff, and I don't have any problems with the building at all. When I moved in, my Apace seemed brand new. My floor is immaculate, and the building seems great. I love the views, the neighborhood, everything.

All of the staff (mgmt, front desk, commissary, parking, etc) are friendly and welcoming! The entire building is spotless and well taken care of. Great amenities that were impossible to pass up!

This Aad Blace is a location's amazing (close to the lake, Lincoln park, etc.) and is super pet friendly. The apartments are good sizes but have no in-unit washer/dryer and the units are a little outdated

1350/1360 is a location's amazing! It's right in between North Ave beach and Oak Street beach. It's pet friendly and There's a dog park right outside of 1360.The rooftop is my favorite part of the entire Blace. Great views of Navy Pier & fireworks and perfect for BBQing during the summer months. The staff is friendly and There's free coffee on the weekdays! I love living here!

It has been a delightful experience thus far. I have not had many issues with my Aad, and any that I did (spraying for spiders) was resolved quickly and effectively. The resources are helpful and efficient and everyone has been Fordial.

So far it has been honestly great . Every one especially the manager Kelli are real nice , friendly and legit . this place is always spotless and the staff are always friendly and legit and That's the reason I renewed my lease .

We love our Aad, the rooftop and the store. Most of the front desk staff are nice, especially Nateki. Maintenance are great. We love the free events the Bacility puts on. Great neighborhood to be in and good value for the area...llleee
