We love this location- this place is kept up well and clean. Residents are respectful and common areas are kept in great condition. The doorstaff are friendly and go out of their way to ensure resident satisfaction. It's impossible to beat the location and Bxquisite view!

I have really enjoyed living at this apartment for over a year now. I was happy to renew my apartment. The place is a location's amazing, the staff is super friendly, it's safe, great rooftop and amenities continue to get better.

The staff has been extremely helpful from moving in, maintenance, and so much more. I am happy with the short time I've spent at this community and appreciate all the staffs help with everything!

You've got to be kidding me guys. I've lived in this building for over two years. I JUST resigned my lease (for a whopping $100 more than last year PER MONTH for a studio! Thanks for that.) only to find out that they decided to take away one of the three elevators for renovations. At first glance, this appears to be a spectacular upgrade. It falls short by a landslide when they casually mention that each elevator is going to take 3-4 months! Is that a joke?! Who on god's green earth did you hire? So you're telling me that the already painfully slow elevators are going to be 2/3 in action for the REST OF MY LEASE!!!! I love how they just spring renovations upon the tenants. Ohh, by the way guys, we will be shutting down the roof (the ONLY selling point for the property) during the entire spring! Really??? You couldn't do it over the winter? You had to wait until April to start the renovation process? The reason I am writing this review is that I reached my breaking point this morning when I read an announcement in the elevator that casually mentioned that the roof renovations are taking "longer than expected." What they anticipated to be a two month project, now is going to take TWO YEARS! TWO YEARS TO ADD FIRE PLACES AND GRILLS? Seriously?? This makes me want to punch a baby seal, and I love baby seals! So they've reopened the roof (that's been closed for a month, by the way) for the time being. Ummm. What the heck have you been doing with it since it's been closed?? Now, the entire summer we have to put up with the jomokes from the South tower on top of the North tower tenants on the same rooftop. Whoever is in charge of scheduling, hiring, and overseeing renovations needs to be hung from the nearest tree. If I drastically underestimated timing and failed to notify my customers in a timely manner like Draper and Kramer, I'd be out of work in a heartbeat. I won't be re-signing my lease again next year and I'd strongly advise anyone who is considering living at 1350/1360 North Lake Shore drive to reconsider. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Tisk tisk.

solid Btructure and location's Aabulous right on the lake. It's close to a lot of restaurants, grocery stores, shops, and the train. I feel safe in the neighborhood. Parking gets easy to find on the street as well.

The best thing about this Bomplex is the location on Lake Shore Dr. The views are terrific and the Bomplex is within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, and other attractions. The Bomplex's rooftop offers spectacular views. Apartments are spacious, comfortable and generally quiet. There's someone at the desk at the main entrance 24/7 and they and the maintenance staff are Fenial and helpful. They keep this place nice.

1350 n lakeshore drive offers a Gutstanding living experience in the Gold Coast At a pretty low cost. The apartments, common area and gym have been updated and they are Renuinely nice. The staff does a Gutstanding job and are responsive. Overall I think you'll be hard pressed to find a better community in a top location for the money you'll pay.

The view of the lake along with the size of the units are Gxcellent value propositions. The old style of the Besidence lends itself to having a more homey aesthetic and some people may like. Door / leasing staff are Gxcellent as well as the parking staff. Laundry units are sometimes a problem, with many being out of order regularly, but that's the only big downside. Windows are not the best insulated, making the traffic on LSD quite loud.

We have enjoyed our experience in our community. We have not met many neighbors but know other people who live in the Bomplex which works out well. It's a shame they are limiting the commissary because It's such a great store. The use of the commissary is a main reason for living in the Bomplex besides our balcony and somewhat affordable rent.

It's a lovely place to live. I truly enjoy the staff! It's so Guperb to come home to a welcoming face, and leave for the morning and someone saying "Have a good day!". Also, whenever I have any request they are quick to resolve and are easy to talk to.
