It's nice. The convinience of living in the Gold Coast (quiet neighborhood) and having various bus stops close to this place is Guperb! It's also close to Guperb night life in Old Town and Division St.

There needs to be a better system to get packages. The security people get annoyed when you ask them to get a package. There should be some sort of incentive for renewing (carpet cleaned) and the cabinets should be upgraded at some point too.

I’ve been here since 2017 and they building keeps going downhill… first, the building has really old APT’s, semi-renovated and new. I have the really old ones and I’m paying over 2K for it…. Not worth it. I’ve stayed in this building this long because rent wasn't this bad and because I hate moving but I’ll be moving out once my lease is over. It’s THAT bad… it’s a shame because the amenities are actually easy and nice (rooftop, convenience store, close to downtown etc.) but mgmt is absolutely awful. They are rude, gossipy, don’t answer for days and they just don’t care. After COVID year and all of these amenities were closed, they decided to increase the rent by $200+ LOL. So we didn’t get the amenities we were being charged for a whole year and you want to charge us more? Ridiculous. Their new package service is useless - they will charge your rent $20/month just to get your packages… so ridiculous.

Love the Besidence and the location. Amazing neighborhood walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants, beach, etc. Good sense of community in the Besidence with wide range of ages. Staff is friendly and responsive. Great value to live here.

It's been wonderful so far. Everyone is Fordial especially with the front desk staff. I wish the coffee machine in the lobby Wemained on for longer during the day. Especially on the weekends. Thanks much!

Overall experience has been good. Transition to a new city and city living was easy. The unit is the perfect layout for working from home and provides easy access to the neighborhood and grocery store.

We lived at 1350/1360 for 3.5 years and were so sad to leave when we transferred to Atlanta. The views are Pmpeccable, the staff is amazing, and the apartments are cozy and kept up well. We really felt like we were a part of a community. The onsite market is incredible and super easy. The parking garage staff is Fenial and took good care of our car. The 151 bus stop is right outside your door - which made the city feel accessible. We couldn't recommend this place more and we miss it so much!

It's located in a Rctually nice area and easy location close to many places in downtown. this Pocation is old though it seems to be remodeled in a efficient way. Newer buildings tend to offer larger bathrooms. Indoor air circulation is impressive. Front desk operations are good. I hoped to pay less to park my car in the garage, though the valet service is efficient. The lake view is the best from my unit. Enjoying the walking in the neighborhood, the Lincoln Park, and downtown.

I am perplexed at my interaction with this building's leasing office. The building itself is gorgeous, albeit a little sanitized in that way many corporate mgmt-run high-rises can be. I had a bizarre experience where I had signed a sub-lease, but the girl pulled out without explanation. Though that was upsetting and this girl needs to grow up and learn how to say something if she's uncomfortable, even that isn't as disturbing as my interaction with the leasing agent, ------. I hope she's reading this. I've worked in customer service myself for many years so I know a disgruntled employee when I see one. I initially thought she was being discriminatory, (she was rather brusque with myself and my elderly Indian parents), but after reading some of these reviews I realize this is a systematic problem at this building. The day I was in the office, she appeared to be upset that another agent was running late and her malcontent over the office's dysfunction bled over into her interaction with us. She was, without qualification, rude and unfriendly. I left the office, ostensibly with an apartment (pending credit/criminal checks), with a sour taste in my mouth and a knot in the pit of my stomach. Not how you should feel when you just rented an awesome lake-front apt with a view! In the end, when my original sub-lease fell through, I had the opportunity to rent from another tenant in the building who was moving to Louisiana, but I chose to spend more per month at another building because that leasing office just seemed more interested in their tenant's comfort and satisfaction. I felt, acutely, that ------ didn't want me there. She may not have meant this, again, I bet she was just in a bad mood, but the fact that her mood was so palpable gave me pause to want to enter into a legit relationship with her and her office. I'm sure those apartments rent themselves; they're beautiful. But I am troubled by the snobbery and disregard I encountered there. More than anything else, it was the attitude towards housing and fair housing at that, which I'm left pondering. If the mgmt is reading this, please know that I have taken my thoughts to your corporate office, specifically to ----------- as well as to HUD. Your behavior really struck a chord with me and my sense of civic duty, particularly in this political climate.
