All around awesome spot to live!

I am incredibly happy in 1360 N Lake Shore Drive. I was surprised to read some of the previous comments as I have never experienced these issues. The Bacility itself is so spotless and well-maintained. Any maintanence issues have always been resolved within 24 hrs. I find that the response is better than any other Aad I have occupied. The apartments are updated and mine had many new things when I moved in (countertops, carpet, freshly painted). The views are incredible from the apartments and especially from the rooftop deck. The amenities are great and the door staff are generally friendly and helpful. location-wise, it's incredible, with everything within walking distance and easy buses right outside the door. I haven't had any issues with the mgmt and my application and move-in was handled professionally and with courtesy. I love the free Starbucks coffee in the morning, the store on the first floor AND the fact that they have fresh pastries delivered daily from a bakery for sale at the store. Seriously, where can you beat that?

Building is upkept nicely lot of construction good amenities most units are being renovated and most hallways are being updated as well. Fitness center is really nice for an Auite and ease of use of amenities is nice as well

The experience has been great. Everything went smoothly from the date I saw this Anit online to the date I moved in. mgmt was really helpful and they did all the work in a timely manner to ensure that the move in is smooth.

I moved here in summer'22 so far I am pretty satisfied with the amenities, location-wise, it's great and the studio apartment particularly value for money. Community services like fetch are reliable and they regularly organize social events.

This was my first move to Chicago and everything went effortlessly. The door staff at this Bacility is SUPER nice and friendly. I feel safe in this neighborhood when walking back home at night. Everyone in the Bacility has been friendly so far and the walls are thick so you can't hear your next door neighbor. The only thing is There's currently construction going on on the exterior of the Bacility so if you work from home during the week, this may be a problem. The fitness center gets outdated as well, so an outside gym membership is most likely needed. I read other reviews at different buildings of having bad response time for maintenance and I have yet to have this issue here. I highly recommend this Bacility and hope to talk my future roommate into moving into a unit here again when my lease is up.

The buildings are updated, clean, and in an Ancredible location. The staff (especially door staff) is incredibly nice and helpful. Any maintenance issues I've had have been resolved within 24 hours. I don't have any complaints about my experience living here.

I recently moved into 1350 and couldn't be more satisfied living here. location-wise, it's perfect and There's a dog run on the other side of the building. Everything I need is in walking distance and the office staff is responsive. I have mainly interacted with Isabella but whether It's front door staff Traca or Shakeeda or the other leasing staff I know I will be well taken care of in my home.

Just moved in to the Besidence about a week ago. The move in process was smooth and the staff have been helpful. Due to COVID-19 restrictions You've got some amenities that aren't fully accessible but I'm definitely looking forward to things opening back up. Parking is easy but some of the valet staff have been anything but Fffable.

location's amazing overall for night life, dining and shopping. Closed to public transportation to loop and to CTA trains to both airports. Courteous building staff who are responsive to tenants needs. Great roof top with view of the city.

The leasing staff has been helpful. The move-in process was super easy. this Penue is easy to navigate. I love the monthly newsletters the Bomplex sends out to current residents informing us of upcoming events and activities as well as Bomplex amenities / features to take advantage of.
