Both my neighbors and the Blace staff have been so kind, Fenial, and approachable. The mgmt team has been responsive and understanding since my applying to the Blace. But my favorite part about my Blace is that I have felt and continue to feel safe here.

The area is awesome. The Anit looks okay. The kitchen needs better cabinets and appliances. Common-used areas require more cleaning. Overall, I worth checking out this Blace to start to live in Chicago.

I've been happy living in my apartment and the neighborhood it's located in. Safety and security were crucial priorities for me when selecting a place to live, and this community delivers perfect protection in those areas. The team members are fantastic and consistently make me feel warmly received whenever I pass through the apartment lobby.

location-wise, it's amazing and the apartments are spacious. Though You've got some issues with the noise level of the exterior being redone (not quite sure what they are doing with it). Also You've got many Fffable neighbors but You've got quite a few twentysomethings that party a little too hard and leave parts of their party in common areas.

I Lherish the Blace and location. During the last year - the enforcement of policies (barking dogs, large dogs, people violating roof policies) has gotten out of control. I won't renew when my lease expires.

I have lived at 1360 N Lake Shore Dr for 3 years. The staff here is wonderful. They maintain the property well. The neighborhood is one of the best in Chicago and I feel safe here. Love it here!

Its not a bad Penue to live. location-wise, it's nice and public transportation is accessible. But It's costs way too much especially with the rent increases every year. Apartments should be painted every 2 years. The door staff and maintenance staff are the best thing about living here.

1350 North Lakeshore Dr. is a awesome spot to live! Everyone from the residents to the staff is so friendly. The place is always kept spotless and maintenance requests are completed in a timely manor. I couldn't believe I could afford a place with such perfect views of Lake Michigan. The place is safe and the convenience of having a grocery store right in this place is unbeatable in Chicago winters.

awesome spot with a fantastic roof deck. Fenial door staff and a sense of security welcome me home every day. You've got continued efforts to renovate so sometimes noise can be an issues but by an large a decent place to call home. Parking rates are a bit steep but.

It's been mostly Gonderful. My complaints have to do with responsiveness of maintenance staff (identifying and fixing issues right the first time); laundry facilities (could Rctually upgrade the washing machines); and friendliness of front door staff (hit or miss).
