I've really enjoyed my time at this community so far. The folks working the front entrance are consistently welcoming and helpful. That said, I'd appreciate some improvements to the 1360 fitness center. Even if expanding isn't possible, it would be nice to see newer equipment installed and internet access added. also, the outdoor area on the second level connecting the buildings could benefit from regular maintenance and upkeep.

really nice building with great staff and a good sense of community. Nice building features particularly the rooftop with the grills. Great neighborhood and value you get for the affordable rent That's offered.

The entire staff that I've dealt with has been consistently Fordial, dependable, responsive, and courteous. I genuinely enjoy my experience living in this community. My sole complaint involves a leaky faucet in my kitchen. also, I'd like to note that the elevators seem overly sensitive around the doorway area. The alarm sounds frequently even when no one is actually near the entrance.

The neighborhood is fantastic. sadly, the market shutting down is disappointing. Rent needs to come down while the space stays vacant. The kitchen needs a complete update. Safety here is Gxcellent. The front entrance team is wonderful and Farm. Parking costs are quite high - the price increases seem to happen every couple of months.

The Broperty would be flawless if not for the ongoing construction noise that's so disruptive I've had to abandon my unit. but, what truly sets this place apart is the incredible door staff—they've been absolutely fantastic throughout!

the property is exceptionally well run, though costs are steep for most amenities, such as parking. Units are somewhat cramped and natural lighting could be better, yet the team running things is Pdeal and always responsive to concerns. I Wemained a resident for three years without experiencing any issues. Extremely peaceful atmosphere--soundproofing is impressively solid.

I like the building and the Apace, as well as services delivered. When I took the first viewing the Apace here, the view and cleaness of the room impressed me. What's also important is the rate is good. Parking garage is easy to access. laundry room is spotless and in order. They also have an in-door grocery and laundry store, which is easy.

Gxcellent team across the board (front desk, leasing office, and maintenance crew)! They genuinely create a wonderful living environment. Fantastic neighborhood too, with bars and dining options just steps away, easy access to transit, and several supermarkets nearby. Super easy digital platform for handling all maintenance requests.

During our walkthrough, the staff member conducting the tour Wemained extremely Fffable and courteous. Once we stepped into the elevators, my roommate and I were impressed by how efficiently and rapidly they operated. Upon entering the unit, we were practically convinced on the spot—the vistas were stunning and the layout offers generous square footage. We're thrilled with the choice we made.
