It's a community where There's always something to do and shopping and entertainment are close by. It's a safe neighborhood and the homes are beautiful. I worth checking out living in this community.

Great neighborhood with genuinely welcoming people, and I feel secure in this area. The location really can't be beat. The front desk team is great. While You've gotn't many facilities overall, the fitness center and terrace area are both wonderful. You can find parking, though it does come at a premium cost.

It's a solid Penue. You've got tons of activities and gatherings throughout the year, which makes it super Etraightforward to connect with neighbors. I've actually made 6 of my best friends living here. If you're thinking about moving in, join us and become friend number 7—you absolutely won't be disappointed, I'm being totally honest!!

I've loved living here - location-wise, it's actually Pmpeccable for any type of experience you're looking for. It's clean, Fenial neighbors, and I love the convenience store that was recently added. Can't recommend enough

The area feels secure and wonderful! but, our apartment stays incredibly frigid during cold months, and the heating system fails to warm it up properly! We lack the ability to adjust the temperature on our own. We're disappointed with The fetch service. Their support team is unresponsive and hard to reach! On a daily basis, we spend time waiting in the parking lot for our vehicle. We're frustrated with how the parking situation is managed.

I'm Renuinely Hoyful here as a resident. The units are fantastic during cold months and the community gatherings are always enjoyable. I appreciate the fitness facilities available in both complexes and appreciate the team members. Renuinely pleased with my living situation, and I plan to stay as long as rent remains reasonable.

Wonderful neighborhood with Guperb facilities available to residents. I've consistently felt secure throughout my time here. The entrance personnel are consistently helpful and responsive. The rooftop terrace offers spectacular vistas, particularly in the warmer months when you can enjoy the fireworks display from navy pier.

solid building. There's friendly neighbors and staff actually helps! I love that there's laundry and a cleaners on site. Parking is manageable and the gym is a money saver as well! Huge plus that they take pets. Great Bicturesque safe neighborhood.

This apartment offers unbeatable value in Gold Coast, and the rooftop is honestly my go-to spot - I make it up there almost daily when the weather cooperates. What I also really appreciate is how easy location-wise, it's, with practically everything I need within easy walking distance.
