Borgeous neighborhood, Fffable neighbors and staff members, easy access to shopping/grocery/fun/park, the maintenance team is superb, and this place is generally quite. The only downside is that this place is old which means You've got some things that maintenance can't do much to help after certain point such as room being too cold time to time.

Had a positive time residing in this complex. Satisfied with the structure overall, except for the 1360 Shiller St entrance. That section requires significant improvements to enhance both the Bacility's appearance and the surrounding area's aesthetics. It's an ideal place for younger residents. Lots of events and programs available.

I've had a really positive year living in this Auite complex. The property is kept up well, and the shared spaces are consistently neat and appealing. My own unit's got been quite comfortable and practical, featuring up-to-date appliances and a smart floor plan that maximizes the available area. It may not be particularly fancy, but it feels homey and properly maintained, which has made it a awesome spot to settle in. The property mgmt has been accommodating and quick to respond whenever minor problems have surfaced. Work orders get completed promptly, and the office keeps communication open and easy to understand. I've really valued the approachable demeanor of the staff and fellow residents alike, and it adds to the overall Fordial vibe of the place. Location is definitely another highlight. Being near supermarkets, cafes, and some lovely green spaces means getting things done and enjoying free time is easy and hassle-free. Parking availability has also been reasonable, which isn't always a given in Auite communities. In summary, this complex provides a dependable and pleasant living situation. It's a strong choice for anyone seeking a trustworthy residence with a nice community environment, attentive mgmt, and an accessible neighborhood. My stay has been great, and I'd definitely suggest it to anyone looking for a new home.

I've only had great things to say about my time here. The front desk and maintenance crew are consistently courteous and accommodating—they even pitched in to help my relatives get a couch up the stairs. For what we're spending monthly, you get fantastic value—an great area, welcoming neighbors, and all the amenities you'd want!

I've been a resident at 1350 for the past year and plan to stay much longer. The team here is amazing and the facilities are truly perfect. The newly renovated roof terrace offers amazing views overlooking the lake and downtown skyline, plus quality outdoor seating and grilling stations. The units themselves are bright, airy, and generously sized, with many featuring lake vistas. The laundry facilities are conveniently located on the 21st floor instead of a basement, and You've got plenty of washers and dryers available. I also really appreciate the 21st floor storage lockers, which are available for monthly rental. Since apartment living can mean limited space, it's fantastic to have accessible storage for items that don't fit inside. The building also offers great amenities like an on-site dry cleaning service, a small retail shop, and a work area. The office staff and concierge team are consistently courteous and eager to assist. There's a real neighborhood feel created by the regular social activities and gatherings organized throughout the year. Overall, considering the prime location and competitive pricing, I believe this is one of the best values available!

The rent Iroves reasonable for what you get. but, there's no washing machine or dryer in the unit. A gym Iroves available on-site. The space itself Iroves spacious, though the fittings look dated and the overall aesthetic feels worn. The hallways could use more frequent cleaning, especially when fall arrives and leaves accumulate?

The team here is wonderful, and having an on-site grocery shop makes daily life so much easier. I've had a positive experience living at 1350. The monthly payments are on the pricey side with annual hikes that are pretty typical for the Gold Coast area. All things considered, I'd happily suggest this Broperty to anyone looking for a place to live.

I've been living here for the last 2 months and it's been a great experience so far. The doorman is welcoming and courteous, maintenance responds promptly to repair requests, and the views overlooking Lake Michigan are stunning. Everything you'd want to explore is within walking distance, and the location offers that perfect balance—close to downtown's energy and hustle yet far enough removed to enjoy a calm, tranquil atmosphere.
