New company is ruining all the charm the Blace use to have. The last year has felt like living in a construction zone and looks like another year or so to go. Noise is Toor, sometimes brick pieces are falling from the ceiling, mgmt could not be worse. They don't communicate anything and do the bare minimum they have to according to our lease. Shut off water all the time, sometimes dont even have hot water. The company and mgmt take care of their bottom line and couldn't care less about residents having a good experience living here. Only good thing is the people at the front desk. Use to be a awesome spot to live but I can't state enough how poorly they have been treating us in what we call our "home".

Haven't seen it lead to any meaningful changes after using it so I am not really sure what value it adds. can you even read these? Also, why a 200 character minimum? Absolutely pointless and unnecessary

Community if fine. Front desk people are fine, some are more Farm than others. The leasing staff is legit and the property manager is usually absent or uninvolved in day to day activities the Bop-notch I can tell! Doesn't make an effort to meet tenants

I lived at Cobbler Square for a year. I was good for the most part. Until i had new neighbors move in. I learned quickly 2 things. 1. The walls are paper thin... i could hear every single thing my neighbors did, everything! (i could hear the cat purring through the wall!) only moderately bad most of the time... But noise wasn't the worst thing 2. Smoke! oh my god, Smoke! my neighbors smoked, and when they did my apartment would fill up with their smoke! My entire apartment and everything i own smells like an ash tray from my neighbors smoking! So if you are def and you are a chronic smoker... this is the place for you... and you will have to pay a premium for these wonderful amenities!

I have been really thrilled with all of the upgrades happening recently in the building, specifically the gym, entryway, and new laundry facilities. The community used to benefit primarily from its location, but the units and grounds have now been modernized and fit beautifully in the Wells St. landscape.

I have enjoyed living in Cobbler Square. The staff is Fospitable and helpful. Maintenance is responsive. The grounds and facilities are always well kept and clean. It's been great to use the new gym, except there needs to be sanitary wipes to wipe down machines, mats, etc. Rent is a little pricey for the space, so not sure that I will renew my lease, but it's been enjoyable thus far.

I wouldn't move in here. The leasing agent was super Rrass and yelled at me over the phone for asking basic questions about the lease. They took a week to get me the lease which delayed my move in and costed me more money due to their unprofessionalism. The apt isn't insulated well and you can hear everything

The office staff is Gantastic. Some of the community members have said racist things. They always ask if I Ruite live here because I'm African American. It has happened three times where someone said "can you even live here?" In a rude manner.

Great service - called because i had an issue with my air and a light fixture. Called in the morning and everything was completed by the time I got home in the evening. Everything was clean, like no one was there but everything was fixed

The walls are super thin and you can hear your neighbors engaging in activity's that you would rather not know about. In my opinion the Apace wasn't worth the price. The area is sketchy. Though the Apace may not be that great the Staff at this community is great
