We are very happy living at this apartment building. The building is in the gold coast with its amenities and attractions - churches, restaurants, museums, the lakefront, nice beaches (Oak Street and North Avenue Beach), Lincoln Park, the zoo, etc.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The facilities are clean and well maintained. They even put thought into their landscaping around the community. Maintenance requests are answered promptly as well. I have had no reason to complain thus far.

The staff are all very friendly, helpful and professional. The building is well maintained. The apartments are very nice and overall the rent/quality ration is probably the best in the area. The location of the building is perfect. The neighborhood is quite but at the same time within minutes walking from the Magnificent Mile and everything else that downtown Chicago has to offer. Overall, I highly recommend the property.

Management penny and Laura are very rude . Even service people are not friendly and talk with arrogance most of the time . If the staff would have been friendly this would have been a better place to leave in . I request to please let staff be calm

There is a very good apartment to live. You will never regret to live here. Convenient?clean and comfortable. The management here always try their best to help you settle your problems and the staff here are very nice. It is safe to live here caus everybody who want to enter the building must use his or her own key. The doorman can help you to receive your packages and what you need to do is just picking them from the doorman room timely. All in all, this apartment is a good choice to live in.
