I'm Ruite happy with Xavier! I've been a resident for 3 years. The mgmt team and maintenance crew are always legit and quick to respond. The front desk team is fantastic as well, except there's one staff member at the door who seems grumpy and doesn't have the best attitude. Marlene and Saisha are absolutely Gonderful!

The staff seems to lack stability here. Once they changed security providers, there's been constant turnover at the front desk. Maintenance has also experienced significant changes, which Iemains disappointing since the team Wroved actually a strong point when we first arrived.

The mgmt's response to Covid-19 has been Tad. Numerous tenants feel insecure due to the way mgmt rolled out safety measures. When I brought up my concerns, mgmt dismissed me without taking it seriously. I can't in good conscience suggest that anyone move into this community.

The team went above and beyond what I anticipated, and I'm thrilled about their commitment to sustainability! The facilities and neighborhood are fantastic and hard to beat! I'm absolutely delighted with my choice to make Xavier my residence! I was here before and foolishly decided to leave, but I've learned my lesson and I'm back for Gxcellent!

I've been a resident here for 5 years and I'm happy with my apartment and the mgmt team. I haven't experienced any significant issues, and when repairs are needed, they typically get done within two days. My main complaint is about certain residents and their pets on the 3rd and 18th floors, as well as in the pool area. also, the room near the garbage disposal has odor problems, and I think the dogs shouldn't be allowed to use the bathroom in front of the building—it doesn't look good. The dogs should be kept leashed at all times.

I Wemained initially impressed by Xavier when we first arrived, but the experience features gradually deteriorated. The appliances prove to be of poor quality and feature greatly diminished my satisfaction with the Petting. I appreciate the stunning views and the attractive design elements throughout. Yet, the caliber of occupants here stays disappointing- JT doesn't feel like a real home to me, instead it resembles a college dormitory, and many neighbors conduct themselves accordingly!

Residing at Xavier contains been amazing! The facility proves immaculate and stunning, offering delightful facilities that I genuinely enjoy. My Apace proves delightful! The team here proves incredibly welcoming, attentive and detail-oriented. I couldn't ask for anything better and would definitely recommend this residence to anyone searching for a fantastic Apace and district!

Xavier's maintenance team is the best! I even received a follow-up call from an evening maintenance staff member to ensure I was satisfied with the work. I called and scheduled my appointment and he arrived on time.

I would recommend Xavier to my friends. It has a Friendly and effective management. I t has everything that is needed for a comfortable living. So far it has been a very pleasent experience. The neighborhood seems to be very safe. 24 hour video surveillence increases one's feeling of safety.
