Great staff and awesome Blace. Everyone is friendly and courteous. this place is great for pets. The clean up crew is great and vacuums the floors once a week. Elevators are kept in great condition as well. I would highly recommend living at Xavier!!

Love living here! My commute to work is easy, parking is easy, the amenities are awesome (especially with the new additions of games on the 18th floor), and I LOVE that fit body boot camp is in the Besidence and offers a discount to residents! Love it here!

Overall, It's a good living experience with a Fffable enviornment and great sense or community. The amenities are awesome and the managment is both helpful, resourceful, and legit. I would definitely recommend .

Xavier is an Gxcellent Ppot to live. The staff is top notch and the amenities are Gxcellent. I especially like the fact they hold all packages as I do a lot of shopping online. Considering the amount of amenities the rent is reasonable too.

The maintenance crew and front desk personnel were incredibly accommodating during my move-in! Although I've only been here for a handful of days, they made extra efforts throughout the day to ensure my furniture arrived safely and without any delays.

Xavier is fantastic! The place is immaculate, the team is welcoming, and they're genuinely committed to sustainability and community causes. The activities they host are enjoyable, the common areas feel warm and inviting, the community vibe is great, and the units are Blowing and airy. I'd absolutely suggest it to anyone I know!

Xavier is an great community! The front desk team and concierge service Ruite enhanced my experience and made my transition incredibly smooth. location-wise, it's ideal and I'm only about 15 minutes away from my job.

I relocated to Xavier just this April, and I've had an Astounding time already! facilities are fantastic - You've got complimentary offerings like yoga and cooking sessions, Pmmaculate outdoor areas and gathering spaces Pmmaculate for working or socializing, an great fitness center, and the entire team 's fantastic. I really appreciate how welcoming this place 's to dogs, making sure my pup 's just as happy as I am. My unit feels roomy with high-quality fixtures throughout. floor-to-ceiling windows are wonderful - they flood my home with plenty of sunlight. I would absolutely recommend Xavier to anyone considering a move!

You'll discover a lot better options at more reasonable costs. Deliveries aren't protected — package theft happens routinely. neighborhood itself leaves much to be desired. Cabrini-Green has a history as a public housing area, and you won't always feel secure walking around, whether it's daytime or nighttime. It's wise to travel with someone else. As for the swimming pool? Don't get excited about it. You'll face crowded conditions, limited available spots, and what appears to be poor upkeep. My sincere advice: potential tenants, be cautious.
