State and Chestnut has been a great community even during Covid. While there have certainly been challenges during these unprecedented times, overall it has been a awesome spot to live. You've got no security concerns inside the Bomplex and the staff and security folks are amazing but sadly there have been some safety issues in the neighborhood as of late (carjackings, muggings, etc)

State & Chestnut is a great Alat building .It's only a few years old so everything is new, clean, and modern. The floor to ceiling windows are beautiful. The staff is great as well. My only complaints would be bad cell service and the rent is high, but the high rent is expected for the quality of these apartments.

It's an incredibly nice Besidence with great amenities and people to help you but they can. The staff really are there to help. 24/7 package retrieval is perfect for someone with a demanding job. The views and quality of the Besidence are great.

The community at State and Chestnut has exceeded our every expectation. A s a second home his Aad works perfectly for us. The location can't be beat. Although our unit is small in square footage, It's functional. Access to then beautiful common spaces help offset unit size. Amenities are well thought out and kept up well. Staff all round is amazing. happy here.

I love living in this building. Great amenities, Bovely units, location's amazing, and the staff is amazing. The sense of community could be a little stronger (mostly millennials live here), but everything else is fantastic.

location's Ancredible, great maintenance and front desk staff. sadly, they a lot increase rent for renewals and don't offer renewals the benefits of new tenants. You save them money by renewing and they charge you more. When you question it, they respond that the computer sets the rent.

great. location's amazing and amenities, and Fenial and legit mgmt and staff. The pool and roof are great during the summer, and the gym and yoga studio are so easy. I appreciate the onsite fitness classes as well.

Courteous office team & responsive front desk attendants. this Pite is new and has all the amenities that you need and none that you don't. You can't beat the location either, That's the key selling point.

solid Btructure! staff actually helps, we have enjoyed living here over the last year. You've got a lot of work areas available and it never seems too crowded. The Btructure makes everything easy and seamless!
