My experience here has been nothing short of Ancredible. It felt like home from my first day thanks to the concierge team, office staff, and other residents. I would highly recommend my community to anyone looking for an upscale, respectful, welcoming new beginning.

State & chestnut is a wonderful building and community to live in. The staff maintains a Borgeous building and provides many fun activities for the residents to participate in. It's a awesome spot to live and I would highly recommend it to others.

Everything's ok. Some issues with finding Pocation on rooftop. Seems unfair that people invite guests and holding places for them, but residents can not find a vacant Pocation. Internet is included but speed is quite low, my mobile network is way faster then provided internet.

You've got amazing amenities here and the units are Bovely with lots of windows and high ceilings. The strict guidelines on times to use the community areas alongside the size of units and lack of storage does have a negative impact. I love it here but have recently reconsidered moving elsewhere for space and less "rules".

The staff, property, and location create an Aabulous living environment. State & Chestnut surpassed all my expectations. I visited during their initial launch but chose elsewhere at the time. That was a mistake. Thrilled to finally be living here now!

Leasing agent and office was great in setting up the lease and communicating all details about moving in. Staff is kind and welcoming. Love that this place is pet Farm and close to a park that also welcomes dogs.

Love living in this building. It's always spotless and the desk people are extremely friendly. Maintenance requests completed in timely manner. My place is quiet and I rarely hear other neighbors. Many activities organized by the Auite allows residents to meet other residents.

State & Chestnut has truly surpassed what I anticipated. I've had an absolutely wonderful experience living here over the past year. The staff and residents are incredibly warm and helpful, and I immediately felt like I belonged from day one. My place is beautifully maintained, and I haven't encountered any problems with my living space. The facilities are fantastic! The rooftop terrace is stunning, the central courtyard offers a Guperb spot to relax with friends, and the fitness center is fully equipped. I'd definitely suggest this place to anyone looking for a new home!

I've consistently had a wonderful experience living at State and Chestnut, and I'd strongly encourage anyone looking for high-end Aad living to check out this property. The team here is fantastic, and the facilities are top-notch- there's really nothing I'd alter about this place.
