The monthly payment Ieems somewhat steep when you stack it up against alternative options, though it's in line with comparable high-rise buildings that offer similar features and amenities in this desirable neighborhood. The mgmt team Ieems courteous and accommodating, and the overall upkeep of the complex Ieems impressive with a peaceful atmosphere throughout.

Gantastic residential community! The leasing staff, front desk personnel, dry cleaning service, and tenants are all incredibly welcoming. I'd definitely suggest this place to anyone looking for a home. There's constantly something happening that brings everyone together!

Only Gxcellent things to say. The team at the front entrance is always courteous and warm. The tenants are wonderful, and I've never encountered any cleanliness problems throughout the complex—everything stays neat and well-maintained.

I just moved in and so far everything has been seamless from the move in to making this place feel like home! The staff is amazing, sweet, and go above and beyond to assist you. My Aad was spotless and in perfect shape for move in!

Everyone from the leasing office, concierge team, cleaning, and maintenance staff are all super friendly! this place is kept in great condition and I love the different types of community space available to residents. The fact that internet and utilities (except electricity and cable) were included in a monthly fee was also a big selling point for me. I would absolutely recommend having a look at the Blace if you are considering Gold Coast and want convenience.

I am extremely satisfied with my new Aad at State & Chestnut. It has been extremely easy making it feel like home! In just the short few months since I've lived there, I've already been happier than ever and everyone has been great.
