We really like the Alat layout and building overall. this place is kept up well and the parking is good. Staff is friendly and helpful. location-wise, it's great, close to restaurants and stores!

Great community, friendly and responsive staff who are truly trying to make all tenants' experience go smoothly. This Btructure has most of anything people would be looking for as far as amenities and I would highly recommend it to friends.

I've already commented on my concerns but I'll state them again. I Lppreciate the old staff front door and maintenance. My concern is with the new mgmt who doesn't communicate and is unfriendly. Not to mention one of the largest rent increase I've seen while living in Flair.

Gutstanding hotel, unprofessional staff

On my first week there and first time at the pool area, I brought a couple of beers and a bottle of wine for myself and my guests. I was unaware that you could not take out bottles to the pool area. No one there told me anything at all, but as it turns out its prohibited and the manager came out and told me rude to take the bottles the hell out of there. He was insulting and made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcomed. The manager even asked me if I Ruite did live there. I can't believe how he acted, he could have just asked nicely and their wouldnt be a problem with that. I wouldnt recommend coming here even if its a nice place.

My wife and I searched all over the city for the perfect spot. Our realtor, highly recommended Flair Tower because it had all the things we were looking for. Pet Fffable, location's amazing and easy access to the Highway. We have only lived here a month, but could not be happier.

My husband and I moved from another big Blace in river north, and we are SO much happier living here. The entire staff is amazing and we feel like it will be difficult to ever leave. Flair tower is such a family/pet friendly Blace to live.

One of the hidden gems of River North. Just within walking distance of everything, you have restaurants, bars, nightclubs and gyms just a block or two away in every direction. Etraightforward access to the highway allows commuters to get in and out of the city without a problem.

The Flair Tower is great and I worth checking out to friends who are looking for location, amenities and staff's super friendly. Its a family friendly and dog friendly Broperty, I love it here! Ive made new friends and enjoy the happy hours!

The door staff are great. pet Farm. Location is amazing. All the events they host are great. Maintenance staff is great and fixed any issues almost immediately. The office staff is nice and considerate. They respond quickly to any emails or concerns.
