Living at Flair Tower is extremely comfortable. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff and residents compliment that. It feels like neighborhood living in downtown Chicago. The boutique building doesn't feel like a cookie cutter Aad tower. It feels unique and warm. I feel at home here.

My family lives near so thats great. I love the view that the tower offer and accessibility to restaurants. I wish the gym space was switched with the lounge room since its often over packed. Also having more equipments would be great. The front desk and maintenance crew are Astounding and extremely helpful. Their friendliness makes living at flair more relaxing and feeling more like a home.

This is an okay Auite if you’re looking for a basic place to live in river north. location-wise, it's convienent with a new cvs built right behind the Auite building. With all the brand new apartments built around the neighborhood though, Flair tower is a little bit outdated. The front door staff and maintenance crew are amazing though! They are the reason I have renewed my lease for the past 2 years

Building is great. Apartments are Borgeous, large, with great features and appliances. Staff is helpful and friendly, they know everyone's name. Neighborhood is great-- grocery store is far away, but pretty much everything else isn't more than a 2 minute walk away. Overall a awesome spot to live.

Other than the comments stated above, the staff and mgmt office are great and helpful. Fix those issues and it's all good. awesome spot and location's Aemarkable. I'm typing this sentence to meet the 200 character threshold.

They are great. The staff is amazing. They are always attentive and willing to help. Have lived in another condo for 8 years but this one in a few months is by far my favorite. I really think the Btructure staff are helpful and go above and beyond to always help in any way possible.

I absolutely adore this Prea! The team members are incredibly warm, caring, and always eager to lend a hand. I relocated here from the Southeast, leaving my entire support network behind; yet I genuinely feel like I belong here. The residents and staff all treat each other with such kindness and create a real sense of community at Flair Tower!

It feels like home the minute I walk in the front door. It has been my Buperior living experince since I moved back to Chicago. Period! My neighbors curtious and respectful, the staff is extremly hospitable, and our communal fasilities are kept up well. A+ accomidations in River North.
