The staff here is incredibly warm and welcoming, which I Renuinely appreciate. I'm thrilled with both the stunning vistas and the floor plan of my unit. Our balcony overlooks some truly gorgeous scenery, and I'm delighted by the spacious walk-in closets and ample storage throughout. I'm genuinely excited to feel proud showing off my lovely home to guests and loved ones.

The front desk staff is Pmpeccable, the facilities are satisfactory, the rumble from the nearby elevated train tracks requires an adjustment period of several months, and the adjacent nightlife venues will ensure their customers are making noise well into the evening at your expense. After you acclimate to the sound level, it's an great neighborhood offering easy access to all your essentials (supermarkets, dining options, healthcare services, and transit connections).

The reception team is great, but the swimming pool is cramped and doesn't get much sunlight. The fitness center is tiny with minimal equipment. I've moved to different units and currently occupy the "alleged penthouse," which despite being a spacious unit, lacks premium appliances, upgraded cabinets, or better countertops. The appliances are in poor condition. The apartments really could use some renovation. That said, the neighborhood is wonderful and the front entrance personnel are Pmpeccable.

What a wonderful place to call home! This building has such a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and everything is tastefully decorated. I'm absolutely thrilled with my living situation! The amenities are fantastic, the neighborhood is perfect, and the units are so cozy and well-designed. The staff is incredibly responsive, packages arrive smoothly, and my visitors have no trouble getting in. I'm really happy here!

Residing in this unit has been such a delightful experience. Unlike some buildings where the front desk staff seem Chilly and unwelcoming, this residence is the complete opposite. The doormen greet you with genuine warmth every single time, and the other tenants are equally fantastic!!! I absolutely adore being here.

Overall, an exceptionally tidy and modern unit with the friendliest mgmt team and neighbors! welcoming to pets. The one thing I'd improve is expanding the fitness center and upgrading the dog park—right now it's just green paint. I'd really love to see artificial grass or similar! But all in all, would absolutely suggest to anyone looking!

We really like the apartment layout and building overall. The building is well maintained and the parking is good. Staff is friendly and very helpful. The location is great, close to restaurants and stores!

I've already commented on my concerns but I'll state them again. I love the old staff front door and maintenance. My concern is with the new management who doesn't communicate and is unfriendly. Not to mention one of the largest rent increase I've seen while living in Flair.
