The Flair Tower is great and I would recommend to friends who are looking for location, amenities and friendly staff. Its a family friendly and dog friendly building, I love it here! Ive made new friends and enjoy the happy hours!

Overall, a very clean and updated apartment with the nicest staff and residents! Super dog friendly. The only thing I would change is the workout room to be a little bigger and to have a nicer dog run.. it's just painted green. I would really prefer fake turf or something! But overall, would DEFINITELY recommend to a friend!

The concierge team is exceptional, amenities are acceptable, the noise from the elevated tracks adjacent will take a few months to get used to, and the nearby bars will do their best to keep their patrons dancing to your detriment. Once you get used to the noise it is a great location with convenient access to everything one could need (groceries, restaurants, medical/dental care, and public transportation).

My family lives near so thats great. I love the view that the tower offer and accessibility to restaurants. I wish the gym space was switched with the lounge room since its often over packed. Also having more equipments would be great. The front desk and maintenance crew are amazing and extremely helpful. Their friendliness makes living at flair more relaxing and feeling more like a home.

The door staff are great. Very pet friendly. Location is amazing. All the events they host are great. Maintenance staff is great and fixed any issues almost immediately. The office staff is nice and considerate. They respond quickly to any emails or concerns.

Living at Flair Tower is extremely comfortable. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff and residents compliment that. It feels like neighborhood living in downtown Chicago. The boutique building does not feel like a cookie cutter apartment tower. It feels unique and warm. I feel very at home here.

It feels like home the minute I walk in the front door. It has been my best living experince since I moved back to Chicago. Period! My neighbors curtious and respectful, the staff is extremly hospitable, and our communal fasilities are well maintained. A+ accomidations in River North.
