Great community, very friendly and responsive staff who are truly trying to make all tenants' experience go smoothly. This building has most of anything people would be looking for as far as amenities and I would highly recommend it to friends.

This is such a friendly building, and beautifully appointed! Im loving where I live! Great facilities, location and comfortable living spaces. Fast service, great package delivery, ease of entry for my guests. Love it!

I love this building! The staff is SO friendly, supportive and willing to help. I moved here from the Southeast, leaving behind all friends and family; however, I truly feel at home here. Everyone is so nice and makes it feel like family here at Flair Tower!

One of the hidden gems of River North. Just within walking distance of everything, you have restaurants, bars, nightclubs and gyms just a block or two away in every direction. Easy access to the highway allows commuters to get in and out of the city without a problem.

Staff is great, apartment is great only complaint is the noise from the Concrete Cowboy but if I was 25 it wouldn't bother me much. dkdkdkkdkdkdkdkdkdkdkdkdkdkdkdkkdkddddddddddddddddddddddddd

I love how friendly the staff is, and I absolutely love the views and layout of our place. Our patio has the most perfect views, and I absolutely love our huge walk in closets and storage space! I am so excited to finally feel confident inviting friends and family over to our beautiful place.

This is an okay apartment if you’re looking for a basic place to live in river north. The location is convienent with a new cvs built right behind the apartment building. With all the brand new apartments built in the area though, Flair tower is a little bit outdated. The front door staff and maintenance crew are amazing though! They are the reason I have renewed my lease for the past 2 years

They are great. The staff is amazing. They are always attentive and willing to help. Have lived in another condo for 8 years but this one in a few months is by far my favorite. I really think the building staff are helpful and go above and beyond to always help in any way possible.

The front desk staff is great, the pool area is too small with barely any sun. The gym is extremely small, not much there at all. I’ve, transferred between units and am now in the “so called penthouse”, which aside from being a larger unit does not offer upgraded appliances/ cabinetry or counters, Appliance not in good condition. Units definitely need updating. But location and front door staff are great
