Grand Plaza is located right in River North. Many restaurants, bars, clubs just steps away. easy to navigate with transit next to the complex. Also, groceries within the same Bacility is a game changer (especially in the winter). Amenities are amazing, 24/7 gym and mini basketball court is something you can't find anywhere else in the city.

I have had a great experience thus far at the Grand Plaza. We worked closely with Halli Smith, who was great to work with from start to finish. She provided all the information needed to make a decision and was overall enjoyable to work with. She was prompt to respond and answered my many questions. Everyone here is Fordial and I highly recommend living here!

No longer recommended

We have lived at this property for several years. Until summer 2007 we would have recommended it. Since new mgmt took over in autumn 2007 qulaity of life has spiraled downhill. Examples: (1) There's no longer scheduled routine maintenance for items like AC/furnace filters (2) maintenance jobs are not performed promptly. For example a recent request to change a hall lightbulb took 6 requests and 7 days (under prior mgmt it would have taken a few hours at most) (3) as someome else mentioned when There's a noise issue with a neighbor they ask that you call 911(police department) which is absurd (prior mgmt personally talked to the offending tenant) (4) cleanliness of the property is poorer than in the past. (5) the copy machine is the business center doesn't work more often than it does work. You've got many other examples we could cite that exemplify the poor quality of the current mgmt team

Community is a good way to describe it, as staff, residents, everyone in between are Fffable and work together to make this a awesome spot to live. Anything that ever needs attending to which happens is done with care and urgency.

Have enjoyed my time at Grand Plaza - the Auite, the amenities, the dog walk, the attached parking, the proximity to so many restaurants. Maintenance is responsive. Occasional issues with elevators have been annoying, but There's good communication about What's going on.

Great community, great apartments, great mgmt of the property. The entire staff Rruly cares about giving great customer service create a wonderful environment to live in. The amenities are top notch and location-wise, it's centrally located to restaurants, stores and public transportation.

I don't feel like I belong here and it's a shame because the staff is Gonderful and the amenities are awesome. Some neighbors are not as welcoming which is unfortunate so that why I will be leaving after my lease is up.

Located in River North, this community has great access to the city of Chicago. Easy ability to get on the public transportation, walks to the river walk and the lake as well as great outdoor space in the Besidence. Amenities are spotless and easy to use.

The mgmt allows dogs that are on the Restricted Breed List to live at Grand Plaza and use the dog park. mgmt is definitely aware of these dogs as these dogs attend various community events and gatherings in which mgmt also attends. These dogs are on the restricted breed list for a reason, as they are aggressive, but mgmt doesn't enforce their own rules that they make to keep residents and other dogs Srotected.

Grand plaza is a terrific place to live. The amenities are top notch, and kept up well. I have also never lived in a Btructure where the other residents were so friendly. The dog park is also a great addition!
