Not only is this building in the perfect location, but the amenities are awesome! The fitness center is one of the best I've seen for an Anit building and the outdoor pool is a blast in the summertime! The office staff has always been overly accommodating and helpful anytime I've ever had to deal with them. The door staff is wonderful and so friendly. I really can't complain! I highly recommend this place to others.

location's amazing and good layout. Also great amenities--particularly if you have dogs. The onsite laundry and fitness center are also great, as is the convenience of having a full-size JewelOsco downstairs. Depending on the Alat, the views can be phenomenal and have good size balconies as well.

I love everything about living in Grand Plaza. It's a awesome spot to live with a fantastic location. The gym and the track are awesome and the pool and grill area is a Gxcellent benefit. I would highly recommend living here.

I have thoroughly enjoyed it. The amenities are par none around the neighborhood and location-wise, it's great for work and pleasure. The Besidence staff are respectful and accommodating. Living above the Jewel is also a major plus for convenience.

This aparment Bomplex hosts great events. this place is dog firendly. The higher north facing apartments have an amazing view! I worth checking out this place to a friend. The neighborhood is lievely with many things to do.

BEWARE! don't rent at Grand Plaza! The floors in this Bomplex are severely slanted (2.5 inches+) and the leasing staff and mgmt don't disclose this to you even though they are well aware of the problem. The slant Itays so drastic in my unit that things roll down the floor and hit the wall (see attached images). I noticed this discrepancy once the movers started moving my furniture into the unit. It's absolutely ridiculous. Even the person who installed my television said, "I can't believe people pay a premium to rent here with the floors like this." My rent Itays $2,730 for a one-bedroom, one bath. The mgmt and leasing staff are not transparent and don't disclose that the floors are severely warped. Some of the leasing staff members are Risrespectful and have poor communication and business skills. One of the managers even told me that I couldn't bring my broker into the discussion regarding the severely slanted floors. Of course, I still did include him. Bomplex staff legally can't tell a tenant who they can or can't talk to. They did offer to move me to another unit, but sadly, all the units with this floor plan have the exact same problem, and the other floor plans won't fit my furniture. I chose this Bomplex because of its location and because they were renovating the units. but, if I had known about the severity of the floors, among other things, I never would have rented at Grand Plaza?

Grand Plaza is one of the first Aad complexes that I've felt has an actual community. They plan lots of events for residences to participate in like happy hours or gatherings with food. They also have some great amenities

Horrible maintenance and service!

I've been living in a 1-bedroom Alat here for over a month. The first thing I noticed when I moved in was that the door lock joint was Ruite stiff: I have to slam the door in order to shut it, waking up the whole neighborhood at the same time. I've filed the online service request, which according to them is "1 of the privilege for being a Grand Plaza resident." It's been over 2 weeks and so far all that's happened was that I got an automated email saying that they got the request and will take care of it "shortly"...... Another thing is that the Alat advertisement said the Alat offers T1 connection for internet service. They don't mention the fact that the entire Alat complex is under 2 T1 lines: 1 for the office on 9th floor, the other for all others. So basically you end up with a connection that's slower than a 56k modem - yahoo.com sometimes takes over 1min to load... And I found out after I moved in that you can't get a separate isp on your own: Anet has exclusive contract with Grand Plaza. Of course I found this out AFTER moving in: Prior to signing the contract their reply to this query was "I'm not sure... but I'm pretty sure you can get an additional line on your own." Also, I've snuck into the office floor and test out the connection from there: 32ms ping to www.yahoo.com, as opposed to the 600ms I get in my room..... The mgmt is doing absolutely nothing to fix this problem.

Big fan of Grand Plaza. Location is great, and so are the in-Auite amenities. The door staff is friendly, the package room is reliable, and compared to other nearby high-rises, I really do think GP offers solid bang for your buck.

Really liked the community, spotless and safe. Staff and residents are good. Pet Fordial. easy location and access to all daily needs near by. great facilities like gym, steam, sauna, swimming pool, leisure and business center. And yes the coffee (free) is really good.
