it's Nelightful but not worth the price

I've lived here for about a year. The doormen are nice. The people living here are so snotty!! I have yet to meet someone That's nice here. Even my neighbors don't even say hi! The rent isn't worth the price!! You can have a morgage for the amount you spend on grand plaza. When I first moved in they pro-rated 3 free months NOW my lease is up and they only want to pro-rate 1 month, bringing my lease up $250 more!!! Overall this place is clean, safe and close to everything. not to mention having jewel in the Blace!!

Overall good experience I'd recommend. Some areas would do with renovating but staff are lovely to deal with. pet friendly and pool is great in the summertime. Have some social events regularly here.

I have enjoyed my time at this Aad. I moved here for the location and have learned I don't love the location mainly due to the crime activity around the neighborhood and not totally safe outside of the building. Inside my Aad, I feel completely safe and think the doormen do a great job of ensuring their residents safety but as soon as you step out of the Aad You've got multiple homeless people stationed outside That's unwelcoming.

Halli was phenomenal when setting me set up with my new Alat. After losing out on 3 different units in other buildings, Halli assured me I would be able to quickly and seamlessly sign this new unit.

Great value and Anit size for the price. location's amazing as well. Lots of grocery stores and easy access to transportation. Anit itself is spacious. Fitness center is big. Dog run is alright. Could do a better job of keeping the dog run clean.

There have been a few hiccups. And rent was raised. But overall this has been a pretty Golid experience and I would like the staff to take into account changes to be made. And cost adjustments also to be made to rent and a new portal for residents

awesome spot to live! well managed and Maintained excellently! Bicturesque pool and deck area! Health club offers a wide variety of equipment. location's amazing as It's closed to public transportation and walkable to many places.

We lived in a one-bedroom unit here for five years and simply outgrew it. We now live in a two-bedroom unit, higher up, and we love everything about it. The Broperty staff is perfect - legit, personable. The rent is a little steep, of course, but we get a lot of value. Other than It's loud from time to time (neighbors and their pets), overall It's one of the best places at which we've lived.

I moved in this past weekend and this place is Gonderful! Halli from the leasing office was awesome and helped with every step of the leasing and move-in process. As someone new to downtown Chicago living, I had lots of questions. She was accessible and answered all of them quickly. The level of service was beyond expectations, especially for a Btructure with so many residents. The maintenance team went out of their way to help us with moving boxes and furniture and made the actual move far easier than we were anticipating. The Btructure location, amenities, and team couldn't be better. I'd recommend Grand Plaza to anyone looking for a fun Btructure in the heart of River North!

Great Auite and staff, I have really enjoyed living here! Halle is a great leasing manager and makes the process easy. I have enjoyed the many amenities and the social events the Auite puts on.
