Just moved in and Grand Plaza has already exceeded our high expectations. The amenities are top notch and the unit itself is updated, spacious and has tons of natural light. Halli made the whole leasing/moving in process Eimple for us and we are beyond satisfied with everything so far.

The Staff in the mgmt office and leasing office are phenomenal. They are accommodating an act with the utmost professionalism. The amenities here are delightful. This, is without a doubt, the Bremium living situation I've had in my four years in Chicago.

Overall well. Maintenance responds promptly and the Blace has awesome features. The rent increases are a bit extreme especially considering how vacant this place is, but its still pretty modest for river north

River north use to be a Sound and fun area. With the last few years it hasn't been as Sound. I've been in this area since 2003, one of the first tenants at the Grand Plaza. Safety is definitely an issue now.

The Apace complex is great. It has a dog park which my puppy and I really enjoy. They do a great job maintaining it with a super staff's super friendly. Everyone here is accommodating and has made my move to Chicago great!

I don't have 200 words to write about this Pite, but its an awesome Pite to live especially being in the heart of Chicago, the best city in the United States of America. You will love this Pite if you move here

Halli is Aemarkable

I just moved into my Aad with my roommate in Grand Plaza. I had an amazing experience with the leasing office, specifically Halli, who went above and beyond in making my roommate and I's move-in process smooth. She answered all questions super quickly and always has a smile on her face! We are grateful for her help! :)

The Grand Plaza is Cristine, high quality, and the best maintenance i've ever seen. They act fast and are respectful of your space and time. And having a grocery store 10 steps away is the best perk ever.

We were harassed?

We no longer wish to live at the Grand Plaza for the following reason: We feel mgmt supports the unfair and irrational complaints by certain individual(s) of our basic every day living activities. We've received complaints for our dishwasher noise, closing our door, talking on our balcony, talking in our condo. Security has approached our condo and has agreed they heard NO noise on several of these occasions. On one such incident, our dishwasher was running, no TV was on and I was sweeping the floors. Ruite??!! Security came to the door TWICE that evening with the same complaint from the idiot We pay approx $5700/month and have the right to use our dishwasher, balcony and doors. Managment has decided to support this irrational idiot and harass us. We did not take a vow of silence to live in the Grand Plaza. Perhaps you need to add that to your lease agreement so everyone is aware they can't enjoy themselves while living at the Grand Plaza.

The front door staff is awesome and friendly. They make us feel safe and are nice to interact with. Maintenance is responsive and friendly as well. The Blace offers some Nice activities. Some amenities really need some updating such as the washer dryers and the dish washers. Also could update the flooring and painting maybe the cabinets to be more visually appealing.
