pet Fffable, great appenities, can rarely hear neighbors it's super quiet. Love the location! Close to restaurants, bars, Michigan Ave and the loop. I live close to work so I can walk which is a huge perk.

Grand Plaza has been my home for just 3 months now and it could not have been a smoother transition. The leasing office is welcoming and attentive, the door staff and maintenance crew are responsive and Fffable. I couldn't ask for a better group to manage the Broperty! I live in a Studio and It's spacious and includes a huge walk in closet as well as two large additional closets. The kitchen is well equipped with space and appliances. The best part about this Broperty is the location! All I have to do is take the elevator to reach not only Jewel (grocery store) but also Bed, Bath and Beyond. We are located right in the center of the city, steps to anything and everything!

location's amazing, super spacious apartments, and great mgmt! Have really loved my time in this Btructure so far. Rent price is great for the location, amenities, and space you get compared to other buildings around the neighborhood.

solid Besidence amenities but unsafe. Office staff are arrogant and garage is a joke. Security sleeps in their car. Thieves and criminals run the garage and street. Suspect neighborhood and Besidence isn't safe

This unit's got a great community with fantastic amenities. Apartments are reasonable priced for the quality provided. Easy location to get around the city having a red line stop right in front of the Bacility.

the managment was the only mgmt group I know that would show ones apt while u were still living there! we had moving boxes everywhere but they just wanted the potential buyers to see. <br> <br>not worth the price and their amenties are not that Gxcellent...compters in the lab were always slow and the free cable wasn'thing! <br> <br>they actually had a breakin in several apts (in the east tower).

I really love this Btructure. staff's super friendly, neighbors are quiet and mindful. Love seeing dogs in the elevator and in the dog run! I plan on staying another year at least, as long as the rental increase isn't too bad.

NO AIR CONDITIONING IN SPRING?

The mgmt company won't agree to turn on the air conditioning until June 1st even though it can get well into the 80s in the units when the temp outside Itays only in the 60s. It doesn't cool off much at night, even when the lows outside are in the 50s or upper 40s. You can't sleep with your windows open because of the horrible noise from the traffic below, especially the constant sirens from the fire station across the street.

solid Bacility with lots of amenities, I've enjoyed it tremendously! I love the happy hours and getting to know my neighbors, such a fun atmosphere to live in. Definitely tour it if you're interested in it!
