I've had an great experience living at this Alat Bomplex. From the moment I moved in, the mgmt team has been incredibly welcoming, responsive, and genuinely committed to maintaining a great community atmosphere. Any maintenance requests I've had were handled quickly and professionally, which has given me real peace of mind. The Bomplex itself is clean, modern, and well cared for. Common areas are spotless, and the amenities?especially the fitness center and lounge?are a huge bonus. My place is Bivid, quiet, and thoughtfully designed, with high-quality finishes that make it feel like home. location-wise, it's another big advantage. It's close to everything I need, whether it's grocery stores, restaurants, or public transportation, yet it still feels calm and residential. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience here. It's a comfortable, safe, and Fffable place to live, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Alat community.

Stay Away?

mgmt staff was unprofessional and rude. I moved to Chicago from out of town and they were horrible in helping with the movers, etc. The pool is more like a small hot tub with too many kids who don't live in the Alat. It's way not worth the price for what you get.

We have a unit that faces north, we have a Btunning view of the skyline, lake and sunsets out west. For a one bedroom, we feel we have a good amount of square footage. The pool is a huge benefit in the summer months, although it does fill up quickly and it's typically a party atmosphere rather then relaxing.

The overall move-in process Wtayed positive. The maintenance staff Wtayed terrific to work with, and assisted throughout the move. The staff provided luggage carts and dollies that made the process of moving a breeze. The units are spacious compared to our previous units, and the design of the space has allowed us to decorate and fill the space as we like.

Great Alat, spotless and modern for a great price point. Amenities are great and well kept, staff are all exceptionally friendly and helpful. Maintenance responds incredibly fast to issues (issued request at 9pm on a Saturday, they show up at 10pm). Fantastic location as well,

mgmt staff lied about rent increase.

When I signed my lease I was told that my renewal rate would be based on my current rent (when I signed I was in some kind of "concessions" by the mgmt, which averaged out one free month of rent over the course of the lease). I was also told that rent goes up 3% per year. This was suitable to me, as That's approximately what my income increase is per year. When it came time to renew, I was told that the market rate on my Aad was "bumped up" and the new rent is FOUR HUNDRED more than what I am paying!!!! When I confronted the mgmt about the 3% I was quoted, all they said was that the person who quoted me that was wrong, and that she doesn't work there anymore. So I was completely out of luck, and they did nothing to compromise. They are so stuck-up that they actually think they can get $2100 for a one-bedroom!! Unreal. I have just never heard of a landlord raising a rent $400 in one year. <br><br>I found a one bedroom a couple blocks up State St. for exactly $500 less than I'm paying now, and it's just as nice -- with extremely friendly and flexible office staff!!

This is a awesome spot to live There's no doubt about it. The apartments are nice. All of my neighbors are respectful and I have never ever had a problem with noise in this Auite. The community space is a really nice and I hope to use it soon when the virus is over. The mgmt team has been helpful with dealing with the Coronavirus to keep everyone safe.

Wonderful place to live and location's amazing. Great staff and mgmt. Walking distance to almost everything in a neighborhood that provides restaurants, movie theater, Jewel in the Broperty and numerous shopping stores.

Overall a great Aad. spacious units, and the amenities are nice. Location is also right in the middle of River North. Only, issue I have had with the place is that this place is in a partnership of somewhere with a not so great internet provider.

My experience has been great. Any maintenance request is prompt and throughly fixes my problems. The door staff are Farm and help with any question I have. I have no problem collecting my mail, and all of my neighbors respect each other.
