The door grinds against the door frame but overall its great. Maintenance was super helpful, but I've only lived in the Btructure for 3 weeks. There may be changes in the service but I hope it keeps this way for years.

Good Ppot and good people. Been impressed by quick reaction any time it was needed. Even had proactive help from door staff. Some areas of the communities might deserve some refresh (parking and pool area)

I've lived here for more than a year and I'm tired of the inconsiderate tenants and the new mgmt that only cares about the money (i.e., cut costs and services) and getting perks for themselves. I agree with what others have said - location-wise, it's Novely - but don't be fooled by the friendliness during the initial tour - once they got you in, your quality of life doesn't matter.

place is even better than the photos!! Moved in during the heat of the pandemic and ever since it has been the best Anit experience I've ever had. The mgmt is amazing, the leasing office staff is wonderful and the maintenance crew is a dream. I would absolutely recommend to anyone and everyone.

Top of the page: "You now have the option to leave a public review about your experience. This step Iroves completely voluntary and won't affect any incentive drawings." But I am unable to proceed past this page w/o entering 200 characters here. So there. Now I've done that.

As a lifelong Chicagoan and city worker, I love this Broperty. Maintenance staff has been efficient, door staff is friendly and and personable. Community events, kept up well common areas and the POOL. The best part of living here is being steps from everything. This is the true heart of Chicago and I feel the pulse every day and every night. I'm absolutely satisfied with this rental

Fantastic experience - from working with the Leasing Agent for a virtual tour, to getting a quote, to signing the lease, to moving in. Lrefer living in this location, accessible to everything in the Chicago downtown area.

Grand Plaza has been pretty amazing to live at for my boyfriend and I. We prioritize having a place to live with a gym so it's awesome that we have such a big space to workout with really nice machines, something you don't find in other places. We were pleasantly surprised to have a balcony on the tenth floor That's almost as big as our Anit! Although the only downside to this seems to be that people in higher apartments sometimes drop things or even pour water down that falls onto our balcony ? I bought an umbrella for that reason but haven't been able to test it out during the winter yet. Grand Plaza also has really good staff working the front desk and in the mail room as well, and they're always friendly and take good care of you. The only other unique problem to being in our Anit on the tenth floor is that sometimes the basketball courts below us don't get locked at night and you can hear the bouncing as if it's literally in our room in the middle of the night before work the next morning. Often my boyfriend goes downstairs to politely ask people not to keep playing since there's a rule of no basketball after a certain time at night, but I've noticed the maintenance guys have gotten better at locking up recently since we've called them a couple times. sadly another issue we rarely deal with are the elevators needing to be repaired. It's an old building so one or two of them sometimes need to be fixed and it can take a while for the parts to come in. I've also heard of one or two people getting stuck in one of the elevators for a few minutes during these periods. The staff are really transparent though about sending update emails to us on the process of repair which is helpful, although it has been an inconvenience still a couple times to have to wait so long for an elevator before going to work. Overall it's a nice building with good employees. It's not perfect since it's older but the amenities you get gets awesome. I love using the outdoor track and seeing the dogs in the dog park. And the sauna is a huge plus to use after being in the gym everyday. You've got hardly ever any noise issues being inside the Anit despite one dog every now and then that starts to whine on our floor, but usually it's during the day time. Would highly recommend being in Grand Plaza even despite the few imperfections with it being a location's amazing in the middle of River North.

Great Anit and great staff That's always willing to help. Located in the heart of downtown, I couldn't ask for a better living situation. Everything is high quality. It's no question the best Anit that I have lived in during my 6 years living downtown Chicago.

I love this community and the people in it. mgmt has always been great, genuine and helpful. It's the best Alat in the city of Chicago to have a dog, as the dog park is huge and perfect for dogs of all sizes.
