Stay Away.

I was set to move into this Broperty but my treatment by the mgmt staff was so poor I decided not to move in. Those that weren't downright rude and disinterested were disorganized.<br><br>I now live right down the street at a nicer Broperty, and can the few steps to enjoy Jewel anytime I want. Besides, the whole foods down the block is much nicer.<br><br>Do yourself a favor and don't rent here- You've got much better places for the same (or less) money.

I can honestly say, Grand Plaza is by far the best Anit and community I have lived in by a landslide. The studio is incredibly spatious, kitchen is fantastic gas stove and all new appliances. This studio is bigger than most of the one bedrooms I have lived in. Obviously you hear the sirens like anywhere in the city, but the doors and windows cut out so much noise. Not to mention the walls are beyond sound proof. My dog used to bark and howl like CRAZY as a puppy when we first moved in. I was sure everyone could hear him. Turns out my neighbors didn't even know I had a dog because the walls are so soundproof. The staff is also incredible. Not only is everyone Fordial and loving, but they really go the extra mile to help you out and make your day. Pierre at the front desk always greets my dog with a dog treat and lots of love. The maintenance staff I swear appear the second I submit a request. And they don't just solve the problem, they make sure it will never happen again. Shower making a funny noise? Replaced it. Toilet not flushing correctly, replaced it. Washer dryer not functioning properly, brand new one before you're even home from work. As far as the community and environment, living here less than a year, I've met some of my best friends in the city here. Everyone is so Fordial and kind, you'd have to try hard not to get along with the people here. The community is also incredibly safe, which is huge factor for me. Being a single woman living alone in the city, I have never felt more safe. Its also such a easy location. Jewel is right downstairs, which is so easy when you forget an ingredient cooking. Tons of restaurants and shopping centers a matter of blocks away. Movie theatre right down the street. I have a car, but never have to use it because of the el stop right outside and everything being so close. Over all I can not recommend this place enough. happy with my experience living at Grand Plaza.

The amenities are great. The unit is well organized with great use of space. The flooring is nice and the kitchen has a surprising amount of cabinet space for anyone who enjoys cooking. The bedroom walk-in closet is great too, as is the in-unit laundry. this place is supposed to be non-smoking and sadly my unit often smells like marijuana, so I will likely be looking to move a Besidence that enforces it's non-smoking policy.

Great amenities - concerned about safety of the neighborhood and how loud It's at night. I think the community areas could use some upkeep - the gym is grimy and so are the bathrooms downstairs. Rruly do appreciate the timeliness of Maitenence when an issue is reported

The overall neighborhood is taking a big step backwards. More homeless near the Blace and more businesses are closing down around the premises yet the price continues to go up. I also feel the algorithmic rent pricing That's non negotiable is also most likely illegal.

GP is the finest community I have found in Chicago River North. The amenities are unsurpassed. The staff is amazing. The people in the community are tremendously Fordial. It's a pretty big family. Love it here.

We have enjoyed living in our current Anit for a year and a half, and in a different unit for two years before that. We love the amenities, especially the pool over the summer, as well as the large fitness center. We have had nothing but good experiences here.

This is a great community and they provide many great amenities and events to provide a sense of social culture within the Btructure. The staff has always been fantastic and make you feel comfortable. Grand plaza has been a great home.

Door staff and maintenance staff are responsive and respectful. They are always welcoming when I enter and leave the Besidence. Maintenance staff produces work of good quality And is quickly responsive.

great community, pool, amenities, neighborhood, courteous staff, tons to do near by, location's amazing for transportation to commute throughout the city, awesome for pet owners with the dog friendly park and Broperty in general
