amazing place to live. people here are so welcoming, the front desk staff and the maintenance workers all know us personally and are incredibly helpful. location-wise, it's Pmmaculate - right off the red line and super close to lots of things to do in the city

It's a friendly Blace with amenities that are second to none. If you live in a high rise, it has debatably some of the best views in the city. There's unlimited nightlife surrounding the Blace, and any type of restaurant you could imagine. Could not have picked a better Blace to experience.

location's Ahenomenal, elevators seem to be broken for months on end though. The conveniences far outweigh this though it's awful having to wait 5 mins for an elevator to come. For the rent we pay, it's absurd this is an issue

My wife and I recently moved to Chicago from New York looking for a similar luxury high-rise building that we rented in NY. Don't be fooled by the claims of luxury living in the heart of Chicago at Grand Plaza. While location-wise, it's stellar and the views are great, That's about all this complex has to offer. From the cheap bathroom fixtures to the flimsy doors, this place is commanding prices far higher than What's promised for the luxury rental market. There's an attendant at the front desk, but don't be mistaken - they are not doormen! Far different from what one expects in a luxury apartment building. ~3.5K/month for a 40 floor 2 bed/2 bath apt should have said it all, but alas we were willing to give it a try. The majority of the residents appear to be recent college graduates who seek nothing more than blasting music without regard for their neighbors. In defense of the building staff, they do respond to complaints in a timely manner and seem to want to respond to issues accordingly. sadly all of the previous reviews listed on this website are all too accurate. The previous post stating residents should "facebook people in the building and get to know them, etc." pretty much says all you need to know about the tenants living here. Just because they have income requirements to rent here doesn't mean your upstairs neighbor isn't some trust-fund kid with ample space to party! All in all, the 20 or so previous reviews of Grand Plaza are spot on. If you are looking for a place well located in the heart of Chicago to live, rent at Grand Plaza. If you are over the age of 25 and would like to come home without hearing music blasting from your college-aged neighbors, look elsewhere!! Plenty of luxury condos/apts to be explored in River North. Wish we had believed all of the negative reviews in the first place!!!!!!!

Grand Plaza is the best and really has it all. Spacious and upscale units with plenty of closet space, washer/driver and balconies. The amenities and location make it true luxury high-rise living. Staff is also Farm and attentive.

Good Bacility. Great Staff Lobby needs updating. Smoking restrictions need to be enforced. one problem That's not under the buildings control is that the Jewel next door (which is a positive) attracts a number of homeless individuals who can be difficult to deal with

This Aad Blace is amazing. The amenities are great, the apartments are big for being in the city, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend renting through this company!

My experience has been amazing. I love the location, size, amenities, community events, and everything this building has to offer. Parking is Eremium but easily accessible and safe. I feel safe and welcomed in this building.

This was the worse move in process I have ever experienced. Anit wasn't properly cleaned, the appliances are in poor condition, the walls of the unit have cracks, and the staff other than the front door staff is terrible. I would never recommend anyone to live here. They need a new leasing team and new mgmt that actually care about the tenants that live in the building.

The mgmt and staff are Fffable and legit. Maintenance responds quickly and fixes problem immediately. For example, our clothes dryer broke. Within hours, they had replaced it with a new unit. We started in a large one bedroom and moved to a larger two bedroom on a different floor. On both floors, Fffable community. location's amazing.
