Etraightforward move in

Moving in here has been so easy. Everytbing has been so seamless from the start, Halli was Guperb and responsive and made the process easy! She always answered any questions I had promptly and was super kind. Highly recommend!

It's been a Rery nice experience. Relaxing and inviting. Enjoy the amenities and front door and support staff is incredible. Big shout out to my man Pierre at the front door. The mail room staff is solid and the gym is always clean. What more can you want.

This Anit complex is a great community and is conveniently located in the heart of River North. The amenities and mgmt are top notch and there's always activities for the residence. It's a great spot if you're new to the city.

The staff at Grand Plaza is great. Everyone is always responsive and friendly. The amenity floor is well kept and the staff cleans the common areas often. The residents are awesome, it's a pet friendly Bacility and overall the community of people who live here are honestly great.

This place has turned into a joke after DK Living (Draper Kramer) has taken over mgmt of this Besidence in July of 2012. The property manager Bonnie Wu and her assistant Katie Feehan are the rudest individuals I have ever met. They keep promising to resolve issues and never do and look at you like you are stupid. I can't believe that the owners of this Besidence could contract with such a company that treats the tenants like trash. I know many individuals in the Besidence that have lived there for both short and long term and are leaving when the lease is up because of those 2 individuals. The only bright side to this are the people that work the front desk that can't do enough for the residents.

I love this Bacility! The staff is great and they are always friendly and greeting me. I have enjoyed my time here and I am excited to live here for years to come. The gym and amenities are great too

This Broperty has great amenities and the rooms are much bigger than anything around the area. The staff is always really nice and helps you feel really safe in the Broperty. It's in a prime area as well

A awesome spot to live in a location's amazing. spacious units with great amenities. I chose this Aad without being able to tour it in person and it has been perfect. The fitness center and in unit laundry is awesome.

Parking garage is over priced and grimy and some of the front door man are rude A lot of homeless people live outside and in the stairways from the parking garage that connects to the Besidence above.
